I put in our order at 5:25 PM online and the website told me that the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at the location at 6:05 PM and found that our order was just then being prepped. After a long wait, one of the staff brought me what appeared to be my order. Foolishly, I did not check it and drove back to my hotel.
When I opened the pizzas in my room, I found that neither was as ordered. My wife's cheese pizza was a chicken pizza and my sausage pizza had only a microscopic amount of sausage. Both of the side items were correct.
At that time, my wife called the location to report the problem with her pizza and wad still on hold when I arrived back there, some 20 minutes later. I heard the phone at the location ringing with no response from the staff. After a while, a lady who appeared to be in charge, told a staff person to answer the phone and put the caller on hold.
I was puzzled that only about half of the crew were still present and that new orders were being posted with nearly 1 hour wait times. I was approached by another staff member who asked me what was wrong with my wife's pizza. I told her. She put in an order to have it remade and put it at the front of the queue. I did not return the sausage pizza as I had eaten some of it.
While waiting, I watched the crew working hard and catching up on the backlog and was impressed. I acknowledge that as it was new year's eve and they were really being slammed, some delay was inevitable, but not to tell customers the expected wait time is inexcusable and unprofessional.
This location is not representative of Domino's. I have been buying from you for many years and will continue to do so, but not at...
Read moreVery unprofessional I ordered my Ofer around 8:55 two orders to be exact. It said on the app to be delivered at 9:45 so around 10 I called to ask where my order was and was told that they called me and knocked on my door and no one answered the door the phone number was wrong and I find out later when I get there that my apartment number was not on the order witch is my fault I admit that I told them I would be there because I didn’t not understand how you knocked on my door and we where outside the whole time (finding out when I get there that they did not have my address) again my fault when I arrived I told them I would like my order redone being as if it was a $60 dollar order that had left there building and had been sitting for 2 hours almost the manager was very disrespectful and allowed his employees to do as such where I had to call the police to come to the address of there Buisness to only be told because i wanted my order redone that he would only refund my money witch would that 3days to get I have children and they needed dinner I will never order from them again and will nevertheless spend my money with them again I have been in the food business for almost 20 years and he even came out and said that the costumer is right but I lost money and hadn’t to hit to Pizza Hut to order my dinner for my children and the made my order on the spot and had it right THANK...
Read moreI used to work here about a year ago I quit cause the general Manger and supervisor were a piece of work and lazy. Often food left under the make line and lot of times dirty and trash left from there shift. Always preached high standards but failed to maintain them. Since then both of them are gone so i figured i try there pizza again. I haven't ate here since then. Today I had some of there pizza again and what a surprise it sucked. They didn't deliver what was ordered. The deliver driver was rude she needs some customer service training her name is Madison. The product and quality is definitely lacking. They did 3 medium pizzas all of them had more sauce then cheese. The one pizza I had didn't have hardly any cheese on it. There was a philly cheese steak ordered and all it had was steak no cheese. After the third driver they finally got the order right. However the pizza was bland all bread no flavor. Guess I will keep having pizza hut, big daddy's or papa John way better than...
