If I could leave no stars I would!! I just called up there today Jan 7th at 8:45 am to call about a vape I purchased that I just opened and didn’t work. To be told after I leave the store there is nothing they can which I have never been told I’m required to open and test in store before leaving he tells me there is nothing he can do. I ask for a manager or someone in charge and he tell me the owner Smiley. While he continues to get hostile with me tells me he tells me he will have to hang up if I keep saying negative things. Mind you I was not cursing, raising my voice or hostile all the while he is very agitated with me the moment he answered the phone. I asked a black haired white guy with a mustache to tell me what flavors they had of a certain product. He told me "you can read them" I then explained I was LEGALLY BLIND and he says "You can just look" so I laughed and emphasized "I CANT see" he then told me "don't yell at me" "please don't yell at me" in a threatening way!
