Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elizabeth City

I ordered food that cost me 40 bucks! Before ordering I tried to leave a note on the app stating I want blue cheese, not ranch. Pizza Hut cut the comments off so I called after placing my order on the app. I don't care about the extra charge, but the store cut off special instructions which is not my fault. The girl on the phone sound lazy but immediately put the manager on the phone. She wasn't rude to me just felt like she didn't want to be bothered. She told me to hold on while she get the manager then left me on hold for like 10 minutes. I'm tired, as well as hungry, but I have time to wait. It's nothing like some honey BBQ wings with some Bleu cheese. l hope they didn't spit in my order or drop it on the floor or wipe their behind and rub it on our food. The manager finally picks up the phone and tells me the dasher left with my order. I told him she didn't because I'm watching her on the app. I know he was upset but it's good to see anyone can be a manager nowadays. Who lies over Bleu cheese? I wasn't going to leave a review until the dasher handed me my food and told me they were pissed, she kept saying the girl was so upset. Placed an order online, I noticed on the receipt it says entered by “y_web”…not sure who put that there or why but that was interesting. Not everyone has time to call or come in to place an order and wait for it if they’re in a hurry. Also, I added bacon on my pizza, both the pizza and bacon cheese sticks didn’t have any bacon meat but only the fattiest parts and the breadsticks hardly even had that but had a veryyyy thick layer of cheese so I just threw it away. The bacon pieces on the pizza looked so old I thought it was sausage. Every single bite of the premade pepperoni pizza was straight fatty bacon….no meat….they just added the fatty pieces and added more cheese before reheating it to make it look like they made a new one. Man, usually this place is fast. Recently they got rid of their buffet. Tonight I ordered and when I got there the parking lot was packed, and so was the inside, not from awesome service or food, it was full of people just waiting, not being served or eating there. Noone was working except the cook. Everyone else was standing around. It is very dirty inside. Out of the 11 people including me, only 2 got their food and that was after me and another customer suggested they start calling out names. They had several pizzas just sitting on the tray. Definitely needs new workers, managers, an overhaul of the restaurant. Normally it is good and efficent, but not tonight.
