Wendy's — Restaurant in Elizabeth City

This location clearly gives priority to drive thru customers over customers that dine inside. The cashier who took my order , Neshya , ignored me as I stood waiting to place my order. She is not very professional. She did not greet me with a hello and of course did not thank me for my order either. This is my second encounter with her and apparently this is typical behavior from her. The ketchup dispenser was empty , just like the last time I dined there. The drink dispenser was also out of my selection for the second time I have dined there. Table tops were dirty and had not been wiped down. The number of flies in the dining room made trying to eat very unpleasant. The bathrooms were in need of attention. Trash cans were full and overflowing. Not a very well managed location. The employees seem to dislike their jobs and it shows! The entire staff needs retraining on customer service. I will no longer be dining at this location and strongly advise others to do...

I ordered over $30 worth of food from this place to find a Red Rubber-band with Hair on it in my Fries after I done ate majority of them. Tried to call the restaurant to talk to a Manager but the Hispanic acted as if she couldn’t hear me but I know she did because she paused after I told her what my issue was. Then acted as if she couldn’t hear me again. So I brought my order back and the Manager on duty acted as if the Rubber-band had belong to me which it didn’t because I currently have Bright Pink and Brownish Blonde Hair. This Hair that was on that Rubber-band was Straight Fine Black Hair. Honestly I just wanted my Fries replaced but considering the Manager had such a Bad Attitude I got my money back just for my Meal. I will not be returning to this location because if this is how you handle an issue that was clearly on your staff unprofessionally I’m ok I will take my money elsewhere...

Every time other than during breakfast hours is great. Employees, speed, cleanliness food, etc always great at this new location.

They always keep the doors locked during breakfast hours though. Drive Thru is always working and has a line of cars ordering, but I guess they’re locking the doors to go in store during their breakfast hours (I’m guessing at least since the couple times we stopped by during lunch or later times, the doors were unlocked and able to go right in 🤷🏼‍♀️) One elderly lady who was waiting by the locked door one morning that I tried to go inside the to my surprise locked door told me “they always do this every morning (locking the doors) as she tried knocking to any of the workers at the front to let her in (that every single employee ignored). I don’t think she had much luck as I saw her getting back in her vehicle...
