My order was placed at 5:06 pm. Apparently even though it said it was open until 10 pm, they closed at 5. The young man working called and said that they couldn't complete the order but he was leaving a note for the manager to refund my money today, Monday 12/26, but to call and speak with the manager. I called and a lady, I believe named Quasia, or something like that answered and said that they could not refund my money. I would have to go through my bank. I explained it was on a credit card. She continued to argue with me over it, and said I needed to go back to the app and cancel the order out. Frustrated, I hung the phone up. A couple minutes later she called back saying she could refund the money, her manager had given her the code, but only in cash and not back to my card. I explained that this was contactless delivery for a reason and we didn't want to go to the store. She said that's the only way she could do it. I asked for the 800 number to speak to someone, she said she'd get it and hung up on me. I called back and explained that we were sick, but if she really wanted my sick husband could come and get it, then she got smart again and said tell him to wear a mask. She hung up again. I called back and asked for the 800 number and she said they don't have it, hung up again. I finally called another subway to get the number and they had no issue giving it to me, however it's obviously no good because here I am typing this on my phone. I want my $44.64 refunded back to the card. I want someone to speak with that lady about customer service, because I did not say or do anything out of the way, and I can assure you that if she had almost $45 stolen by a store, she'd want it back as well. This is bad publicity for your company and I will certainly be writing this in a Google, yelp and whatever...

The sandwich maker was taking a customer's money at the register when we entered. She was also rubbing her eyes and scratching her head. After placing the money in the register, she walked to the sandwich making station without washing her hands and rubbed her eyes again while standing in front of us and awaiting our order. We immediately proceeded to leave the premises because we prefer not to have eye jam, hair gel or germs from dirty money on our food. When I called to speak with them about mistakes- could barely understand. Offered to give me what was missing- if I drove there. If I could drive- I wouldn't have paid for delivery. Then said didn't know how to refund. So - done with subway. I don't recommend ordering delivery And strongly recommend you check order closely if you pick up. Additional- called next day.
