I don’t even know where to begin with this place!!! I went there one time for a pedicure and got my toes bleeding cause the girl cut me and at that time I swore I would never go back. Yesterday I requested an appointment for a haircut, that was accepted, for today at 10:30 am. I have a baby so taking time to get my haircut is crucial since I have to pay a babysitter. I got there earlier and waited for about an hour until someone came to tell me if I would like to reschedule since they wouldn’t have time to see me today. Like what????????? While I’m there waiting I see people coming in and out and no one even bothers to ask me why I’m waiting. They had ONE professional doing hair. One person only for such a big salon on a Saturday??? No wonder you have no time. But then don’t accept my appointment and make me drive there for nothing. I could have picked any other place. Clearly they don’t care about customers who are not weekly ones. This time I am never going back to this...
