It is unfortunate that after waiting for my order for over 2 hours I have to receive an attitude about calling to check on it since no one called me. It says that I should receive my delivery in 30 - 45 minutes, ok. There are no updates available. The delivery tracker says, "MMM, IT'S THERE - We hope you're enjoying your meal!" Well, nobody even knows where my meal is nor does anyone care but me because it's in a "heated bag". This is so unfair. Now, if you are reading this you should be asking yourself, "How can we fix this". I'm glad you asked since it has been 2 hours and 19 minutes and I still don't have my order. Communication is key, so update me when your going to run this far behind on delivery orders. And, please don't give off a tone of a bad attitude and assume I know this is how it always works because, I DON'T! It has now been 2 hours and 31 minutes and I will continue updating this message as the time goes by and I don't have my food. It has now been 2 hours and 46 minutes. Still no meal nor update about it. 3 hours, still nothing! If I had a car on this trip up here in New Jersey I would just cancel, but hey I don't know if you are still coming to deliver. So, it has been 3 hours and 27 minutes. Nothing! I just called an the manager by the name of Rob said that my order was cancelled because I didn't answer my cellphone. I asked what can we do to avoid this happening again being that I'm staying at a hotel and unaware of the procedures. He said, "make sure I was by my phone". I asked could they call my room since they have the room number. It is now 8:30pm, I have been typing this message for the last 3 hours and 31 minutes providing updates periodically. Read moreYour bull* fing email system promised me delivery in 21-31 minutes. That was at 2:45 pm. I didn't receive the pizza for AN HOUR. I called when the pizza was already ten minutes late, and after waiting 4 minutes listening to your ANNOYING hold music-commercials, the worker who answered the phone was useless, unapologetic, and unhelpful. Our call was disconnected - pretty sure he hung up on me because he could have looked up my number from my order and called me back. Instead, I had to spend another 20 listening to stupid pizza ads trying to get your store back on the phone to get an update on my order. I even felt the need to call from a different number because it seemed that my calls were deliberately being ignored based on caller ID. By the time the delivery finally showed up, I was getting in my car to order food from somewhere else. Your store is NINE MINUTES AWAY FROM ME! The app said that my delivery left he store and 2:05! Why did it take FORTY MINUTES TO BRING A PIZZA 1.6 MILES?!?!?!? Reluctantly, I accepted the order and paid full price plus tip. But I think it's really f**d up to charge an automatic $4.99 delivery fee I exchange for wildly inaccurate delivery estimates, lousy customers service that leaves you feeling ignored, and pizza that shows up late, after having clearly been returned to the store and reheated. NOT FRESH AT ALL! Thank god I had selected cash payment for this order, because if I'd had to sit for an hour with money already charged from my credit card, and all evidence indicating that I would not be receiving an order, it would have been even more infuriating. The least the guy could have done was call me back to tell me when the driver would ACTUALLY BE HERE and apologize for the inaccurate estimate that was sent to my email address. Read moreI tried to order online 3 times wondering why card wouldn't go though so I called with number provided I spoke with a pleasant girl who was willing to help me with the coupon deal I was ordering online with but unfortunately my card got blocked due to my screw up with security code too many times online so I said I will call u back .. so I called bank that's how I found out of what happens so they up grade so I can order now I call back I get a young man he was willing to take my order before I could finish my address he said sorry we don't deliver to that location ...ok so I called elizabeth ave and they said they don't deliver in our location of Elizabeth Westfield ave does I told them Westfield ave said they don't deliver here she said hold let me call and ask so she called and asked and said yes they said they don't deliver in that area and the guy was upset she called so I called up customer care I told them what happens everything and she said yes Westfield ave is the dominos that delivers to your area ok so I call back now u can here the upset in the young man voice but at same time trying to be pleasant he said yes my boss said we don't deliver to your area I said I'm not blaming you sweetheart can I speak with ur boss now they willing to take order so I start and also was trying to order with coupon like I originally tried to order with online with his attitude said u have,to bring in coupon I was trying to explain to him it's from online he still didn t with the attitudes and not wanting to deliver in my area being it's their district I'm just appalled and disappointed also surprised especial from a franchise like dominos ..
