This place was inviting and it was very comfortable even with this recent heat. They were attentive and professional. The food was really really good. They start with chim churri sauce for free with in house, made fresh bread. I was with my wife and 2 small children. They also thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Make sure to pick some of the bakery good as well. My wife , born and raised in Montevideo, uruguay, said it felt like home. The taste was like home, the atmosphere was like home. The hospitality was lime home. She was going through it lol. She truly loved it! The prices are generous and you get above average portions to american standards. This is a must visit, a family of four getting the most expensive things on the menu including 4 bags of bakery good was about 230$. But like I said, we went all put. The 35$ parrillada for one was good enough for two in my opinion which is a GOOD thing lol. Must visit. The pizza was good in my opinion being born in USA we have crazy expectations. But the pizza was freshly made and the sauce was not to tangy but Subtle in flavor. It just wasn't for me because like I said, in America we had these crazy expectations incapable of enjoying a simplistic view of what pizza could be. Love this place and will be coming back with more family ! Oh! They have like 6 screens going on for games as...
Read moreI used to love the place and used to go all the time with family and friends because we know the guy who makes the pizzas there (pizzas are amazing). Everything changed after we decided to have a party there and the service was horrible (the servers were sloppy with handling food and we had to pick up our own plates off and handed to them, they didn’t even know who’s plate was for who, I ended up getting my cousin food and so on with everyone there) after all I figure it was because we where 22 people but still (you should have enough experience to handle more). The only BIG issue I had personally was that the owner wasn’t as helpful as he needed to be. THE COSTUME IS ALWAYS RIGHT REGARDLESS OF ANYTHING, I work in a restaurant and I have never in my life called up or texted a costumer for any reason, he disagreed with the person hosting the party because he (owner) gave her some pricing and later on charged her something different and demanded of her to give there waitresses tips when they didn’t do a good job. Everyone has a different experience mine was horrible and after that I haven’t recommended the restaurant to anybody else because I don’t want them to experience a horrible time like I did. (Also the owner Deletes all the bad reviews on here, his so unprofessional and...
Read moreThe food is amazing but the time it takes to get your food is really disappointing. I know it takes a while to get the meat cooking since it’s fresh, but I go to another place nearby that also serves parilladas and they don’t take nearly half as long to serve up as it does here. Again, food is great, price is ok, service is good (but slowww), they should also advise that gratuity is included because I used to go there more often than I do now and I did not notice tip was included, from one visit to the next, until after I put a tip in. I felt completely dumb and robbed of my time and money afterwards, considering the extremely long wait for the food. It seats a large crowd and knowing how many patrons they can have at full capacity, they might want to work on expanding the grilling area for more efficient serving. Not everyone has two-three hours to sit and eat everytime they go. Even to get the check makes you feel like your being held hostage! And this is coming from someone that’s never in a rush and loves to sit and throughly enjoy her meals. It’s just over-the-top. They need more servers for when it gets very busy. Giving three stars instead of two only because the...
