I was looking for a tres leches birthday cake and they siding have it but then one of the workers recommended me a cake they had it there saying it was better than the tres leches. She also said that I would love it that I’d be going back to the store and I went back to the store indeed the same day I’ve purchased to returned it because it was the most gross cake I’ve ever taste, it was all rotten, it snelled so bad and taste horrible. I don’t know for how long they had that cake in the Cristal shelve, they shouldn’t sell cakes that are rotten. I went back to the bakery to returned but it was closed so I left the bag with it in the door so they can see what they sell. So disgusting. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND NOONE TO BUY THERE, IT WAS DISGUSTING. If I had to choose to zero star or even less I would but there is no that option. Worst experience buying there and it was my very first time...

I stopped in and the lady was very nice (she is fluent in Spanish) and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of pastries and lunchtime sandwiches. I tried a sandwich, I think it was called the Olympian, and a couple guava pastries. Everything was really delicious. And the coffee is good, too. I really think it's an excellent little lunch spot if you like Uruguayan pastries and food. I also saw that they have specialty cakes which look delicious and I think I'll try one for a birthday or...
