I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN THE HISTORY OF WALGREENS. I WILL EXPLAIN, I CAME IN THE STORE, ONLY ONE CASHIER WORKING, I ASKED THE BEFORE MENTIONED CASHIER TO DIRECT ME TO THE TOOL SECTION, AND I EXPLAINED EVEN MORE, I DID TELL HER I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALLEN KEY SET, RIGHT AWAY SHE SAID: "I DON'T THINK WE HAVE THAT " WITHOUT EVEN UNDERSTANDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AND ALSO WITHOUT CHECKING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS THE TINY BIT OF IDEA OF WHAT I NEEDED; I PULLED MY PHONE OUT OF MY PANTS AND SHOWED HER WHAT THE WEBSITE SHOWS AS ALLEN KEY SET, SHE EVEN HAD THE ODACITY TO SWIPE MY PHONE UP AND DOWN ONLY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT A PICTURE.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL TO SAY THE LEAST TOWARDS A HIGH PAYING CUSTOMER, MY FAMILY AND I SHOP OFTEN AT MANY OF THEIR LOCAL LOCATIONS; PERSONALLY I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE I KNOW, I KNOW MANY PPL. THIS STORY IS ONLY BEGINNING AND GETTING BETTER OR WORSE, DEPENDING ON HOW YOU LOOK AT IT, WHEN I WAS TOLD TO GO TO AISLE 12, I DID NOT EVEN FIND A BASIC TOOL SET THAT PERHAPS MAY HAVE ONE ALLEN KEY.
WHEN I GET TO THE REGISTER, LINE WAS SO LONG, ALL 11 CUSTOMERS WERE UPSET AND FRUSTRATED. I PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR A SELF CHECK OUT, WHICH IS VERY COMMON AND POPULAR NOWADAYS, EVEN CVS DOWN THE STREET HAS ONE, BETTER SELECTION OF PRODUCTS, ETC ETC ETC, BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT IS JUST A WHOLE DIFFERENT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
TO END THIS REVIEW WITH AN EVEN BETTER EVENT, THE BEFORE MENTIONED CASHIER WAS VERY CONFUSED WHEN I TOLD HER I HAD COINS TOWARDS MY BALANCE, SHE WAS WEARING AN IPHONE HEADPHONE WHICH IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLD, THEN SHE STILL WANTED TO GIVE ME COINS, SHE WANTED TO GIVE ME COINS FOR A SECOND TIME, I TOLD HER I DON'T WANT THE COINS, SHE THEN PUTS MY CHANGE INSIDE HER TILL, I CHECKED MY RECEIPT AND I TOLD HER I AM STILL SHORT A WHOLE DOLLAR, SHE OPENS HER TILL AGAIN AND FINALLY GAVE ME MY WHOLE END OF TRANSACTION.
TO FINALIZE THIS BEAUTIFUL AND KIND EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT BLAME HER ACTIONS ON HER AND I DIRECTLY BLAME THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT AND FINALLY THE TRAINER WHO MADE THIS YOUNG LADY A CASHIER. DISASTER AND DISTASTEFUL END OF MY DAY. I WILL NEVER, NOT EVER, GO...
Read moreDon’t trust or make this your local pharmacy. Several times I’ve come to pick up my prescription and they either don’t know about or they say my doctor hasn’t approved it. I speak to my doctor each time and that’s never the case. They clearly are disorganized and I understand mistakes happen but I have asthma so when I’m sitting there waiting for my prescription wheezing and they don’t give me my medicine, it’s cruel and honestly could kill me. I save myself the money by going to a regular doctors office than the er. That in itself already waste time for me but then I also have to wait again for hours for medicine that should already be ready. Keep in mind, I never go right after the prescription is sent, I also wait hours after to make sure I’ve given them enough time but it never is and sometimes I never receive my prescriptions. I’m done going here. Twice now they’ve put my life in danger...
Read moreShameful is what this pharmacy is, such a big institution in the pharmaceutical chain yet their professionalism, Manerism, and Customer service is Totally non existent they call you for pickup on medication and its not available or only Half available most of the time your medicine is on back order you ask why was I called they tell you they didn't call and sarcastically tell you to take your business somewhere else if your not happy without even trying to resolve the Situation some of this staff and Manager needs a customer service educational course that will educate them in professionalism in mannerism in service. I'm leaving this pharmacy after I've been coming here for the past 20years and sincerely say go somewhere else avoid...
