Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Yesterday ordered a 2 for 10 and 2 chicken sandwiches drove off , got my chicken sandwich started to eat it and it was under cooked , mind you the last time I was their was the same under cooked , so I decided to go back , the manager gave me hard time on exchanging me for other one but he did telling me that I should have brought the sandwich back hole , who looks at their sandwich before they eat it , anyway he did give me 2 new sandwich’s and on I went , so again I got mine started to eat it and the same thing under cooked , the chicken on the bones was on point, so I go back again , the manager did not want to give exchange for chicken, he said he would give me a drink lol, I said no I got $8 in two sandwich to give me some chicken, he refused to and gave me my money back , so I told him I’ll call the cops , then he was willing to give me my money lol , Any Manager would not give ur money back too you unless if that you want the money , but they should always try to offer you something else . Poor Management. Will not be going to this location anymore. I do love me some Popeyes chicken have to go Newark Ave or in Hillside better...

It was my first and last time going here. I stopped here after leaving the mall. I ordered in the app for a 2 can dine with a med./reg cola. When I arrived at the restaurant I proceeded through the drive thru to collect my ordered. The girl handed me my bag but as she handed me my drink I noticed it was a small. I brought it to her attention at which she told me they don't sell medium only small and large. She asked me to show her in the app where it says they sell medium. And wanted to charge me 1 dollar to get a large. We went back and forth for a minute until I got fed up. I pulled over to the side to check my food. Well it was old, cold, greasy and refried. The only thing the was hot was the overcooked biscuits. Never again I went there to save some money by not going to the one in the mall, because we all know mall food gets pricey. My recent visit to Popeyes was nothing short of disappointing. The food I ordered was just as nasty and greasy as the rude team lead, Ony Nunez. Not only was the meal far from appetizing, but Ony's attitude added to the unpleasant experience. The staff, seemingly disorganized and careless, is led by a clueless and nonchalant manager named Jose. The lack of professionalism and respect from the team made the overall dining experience even worse. I had hoped for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, the negative demeanor of the staff and the poor quality of the food left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be returning to this particular Popeyes ever again. I recommend you...
