I went with my sister and nephew to go eat today. We like to sit towards the wall, but was asked to move because they said it was for more people which is understandable…. But then they sat a different party of three there.

We ordered our food. That table that came after us? Got what we ordered before us and we had to wait way longer.

Our server? Was inattentive, and at one point was going to walk away from me while I was speaking and wasn’t done telling him what I wanted to order to go…. He also had a really bad demeanor, which made us uncomfortable enough that we had to ask another server for our to go containers.

The food though? DELICIOUS. Maybe order take out? Definitely disappointed with the service, and wouldn’t have tipped but they already included the gratuity (which is weird because it’s typically only included for parties of 5 or more). It wasn’t worth the hassle to ask to have it taken off, I just won’t be coming back to dine in.

I would recommend another Peruvian chicken spot if you’re looking for pollo a la brasa like Caravana if you’re picky...

I’ve been coming to this plane for over 8 years already and I love the food. However they still have the really really poor service. The staff is all over the place. No one’s anything but once you have a complaint every one’s wants to get involved. They really need to have a better customers services skills. I ordered a pick up services and they didn’t asked me for my name n I asked her 3 times how much was my total and she just hang up the phone. After yesterday purchased they lost one good and loyal customer just because they don’t know how to take the customers or how to do their job properly. It’s sad because the food is amazing but the services very very poor...

I can’t say the food it’s bad because that would be a lie but these people have the worst customer service!!! You call them and they pick up and leave you on the phone for as long as you stay on no greeting or excusing themselves or answered but have conversations with people there and ignored the fact they have you on the phone. I waited close to two hours for a delivery and they simply tell you that there is nothing they can do and with a careless tone. I had this happened many times and kept ignoring it since the food it’s good but honestly these people are just way too rude and they are plenty other...
