If you think the days of stereotyping is over then don’t shop here. Security followed me every aisle. When I finally noticed I decided to follow him around and look at nothing for the next two aisle. Then I ask for manager one associate whispers to another then she smiles and says “he on break.” I go out to the bag check and ask is there a manager?” He says “what!” (Definitely with an attitude) do I ask again in a different tone of course (I will feed off others energy when I feel like it) He then says “why?” I say “to speak to him/her?” He says “he in the office” I go knock speak to the manager I tell him I don’t appreciate being followed around the store and I ask him how many security guards work there?” He says “one in the front” (the one who taking bags) I said oh so the other person who was following me around with the security hat and sweater on is not working here?” He says no only one!” At this time the person walks out the aisle I left him in and I point and say “he don’t work here?” He says “oh yeah he watch the cashier when it get busy and one stay in the front” so i said yet every aisle I went down he was at the end looking at nothing?” I won’t be back because I don’t steal and don’t appreciate being profiled because my skin is melanated AND they...
Read moreThis is like the 6th or 7th time I’ve bought an item in the bakery section that was bad. Just now I had to throw away a cheesecake that I bought two days ago cause it had mold with hair growing on the bottom side of it. Just yesterday I had to return eclairs that I got from there that was stale and hallow. It was so old that the cream inside no longer existed it was dry. If I known the cheesecake was bad I would have returned that also. Then the day I returned the eclairs the woman had the audacity to tell me that the bakery woman told her that they put in fresh baking goods everyday in the morning then asking me when did i buy it? Bro it says the date on the receipt when I bought it. If it’s so fresh then you eat it then see how that will work out for you. I’ve honestly have lost all my patience with these people. Believe the comments when people say they sell expired merchandise. They are playing with fire. it’s almost like they are begging to have a lawsuit in their hands. Everything is too expensive to be throwing away things that are suppose to be fresh. Im done giving this place a chance this was the last straw. Don’t buy anything from the bakery section unless you wanna get sick and...
Read moreThe food on shelves is always expired! I’m talking days, weeks, even months. From meat & cheese to juice to canned goods! Do you know how long a can has to sit on a shelf before it expires? 🫣 Years! Also, it’s an extremely overpriced store.
I have informed store employees multiple times about this problem, and I’ve caught it multiple times but despite my efforts, the expired products are consistently placed back on the shelves the very next day. Or just not even taken down at all. The staff do not seem to take this matter seriously, which is deeply concerning given the clear health hazard this poses to customers.
I am unsure who to contact regarding this issue, so I am bringing it to google’s attention in hopes everyone make sure to check all expiration dates and be careful. I really don’t want anyone to get sick because of this negligence. It’s absolutely gross.
This is not just frustrating it’s a serious health hazard. Multiple expired products were out for sale, and that puts customers at real risk.
Please be careful and always double check expiration dates if you shop here. I really don’t want anyone to get sick because of this negligence. It’s absolutely...
