7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Elizabethton

If I could give 0 I would. This was my first time visiting 7 brew, I was ordering for myself plus my fiancé who has also never been. Upon arriving I was about 3 cars back and greeted by a girl who asked what I would like . I explained I had never been and would like to pull up to actually see the menu. I was then handed a tablet that basically allowed you to customize your drink (no pictures or descriptions of drinks) I asked if I could just pull up instead so I could see. She asked me to hold a moment and came back with a paper menu (copy of the big menu) awesome this works I said as I pull forward following the car in the front. She informed me my coffee would take longer to make since I would be ordering at the window basically, no problem. The guy at the front stepped inside to tell the employees making the coffees “this one refused to order from tablet so it will hold us up” I’m sure he thought I didn’t hear. Again , whatever as I continue to order. He handed me my coffee after I paid and says “future reference if we are backed up if u could order from the tablet that would be easier for us” I replied “ok well I’ve never been here so I wanted to actually see the menu” he says “oh I understand just if we’re busy like this in the future order from the tablet” I said “uhmmmmm ok?”

Not once was I offered help or even asked “what type are you looking for, maybe I can help? Just rushed to move forward and order.

I won’t be back. If you guys want to copy Chick-fil-A standing outside with menus,then you need to copy their customer service FIRST. Don’t be pushy, and rush us to the point of becoming frustrated. Now you’ve ruined my experience and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid your...

I have to have sugar free options when I order food. This place has so many delicious combos I can make, I thought I had died and went to coffee heaven the first time I visited!! Most restaurants only offer vanilla as a sugar-free option. I am so sick of vanilla lol! Thank you so much for remembering people who cannot eat sugar when you made your menu!! So many folks are like me and cannot have sugar due to health conditions such as Diabetes. Many people just want to cut back the amount of sugar in their diet because they want to eat healthier. Finding somewhere I can order options besides vanilla, and not have to add Splenda or some other artificial sweetener to it to make it sweet, is priceless to me!! I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys!! Not only are the sugar-free options amazing, but the coffee itself is really good coffee!! There is something there for everyone even if you don't want coffee to drink. I am forever a 7 Brew girl now!! 😀❤️...

Izzy literally recommended me the most bomb beverage I’ve ever tasted. I took one sip, and I was hooked. Fizzy - check, tiger’s bloody - check, ice cream creamy - check, check, check. She even recommended a pup cup for my goldendoodle. If my goldendoodle had a smartphone and thumbs, she’d be writing Izzy a 5-Star review too. Definitely will be back, and so will my doggo.
