Really good place really liked it. I’m not one to flash my badge and try to get a discount everywhere but stuff is getting expensive and sometimes it’s nice chick fil a has a really good attitude towards law enforcement or so I thought. I’ve gotten the discount about four times now since graduating the academy. The day I graduated a lot of people that went to the academy went to chick fil a in Tullahoma because it was close and it’s great food and they gave us the discount told us we were law enforcement like any other cop and deserved it the one in Elizabethton has given it to me a couple of times since and I didn’t get it today and it’s not that big of a deal I just don’t understand why because working as an officer in a prison is just as dangerous as working as an officer on the street nothing against police honest but as a state officer who goes through roughly the same training in an unfortunately short amount of time and deals with the people some of which are incarcerated because society needs to be protected from them constantly it truly is a thankless job. By no means am I saying don’t eat here I’m just complaining because it was one thing to me and now it’s totally changed I only get the discount in uniform going to or from work and today I wasn’t accosted the same treatment they’ve given me I was told no you don’t get a discount here because I’m not a county or city officer and it’s just I don’t know upsetting. I’m probably frugal and petty but like I said...
Read moreI went to the Elizabethton ChikFila and went through the drive thru and ordered 2 salads. I got them home and the lettuce in both of them was not only wilted, but it was brown and slimy also. I ordered the cobb salad with NO bacon and the crispy chicken nuggets. The chicken on mine was also cold. I took both salads back to the restaurant. I went inside and explained very nicely that our salads were not fit to eat because the lettuce on both was rotten. The manager I spoke with proceeded to redo my order...she said nothing to me except that she couldn't do anything with my old salads...that I had to throw them away...I only brought them back for proof that they were unfit to eat. Anyway, she replaced both of my salads...she never checked them to be sure they were fresh, she never apologized for my trouble at having to drive all the way back there to get them replaced. I think my meals that night should have been comped by the company. Also, when I got back home, my salad had bacon on it(I had requested NO BACON) and my husband's salad had grilled chicken on it instead of the crispy chicken he had asked for. Honestly, I will not be going back to this Chik-fila for a long time after this. It cost me $20.39 for two salads that even after being replaced were not what I had ordered. I think the company should have offered to refund my money. That is more than fair. I also think that these managers need some training on what good manners are when dealing with the...
Read moreThe worst customer service I have ever had at a chik fil a, the Giro at the register messed up my order. Two things on the only combo we ordered was rung up wrong. The cheese 9n another single sandwich was rung up wrong. It took telling her and another older lady 7 times. I repeat. 7 times how to fix it. They finally had to take my receipt, write the correct order on it (didnt give it back) and had us sit down. Just to STILL bring us the wrong food. I had to go back up, tell the girl it was still wrong. What it was supposed to be. She asked me again what it was (8 times now) then went to tell the manager and had to ask me again (9x) who then threw the food away and asked me what it was supposed to be. 10 times. 10 times I had to keep telling them my order. No apology. No 'my pleasure' a single time like they are supposed to...
