No longer Carter at Main, new ownership continues to abandon this property and it's an eyesore upon the community. Even before Hurricane Helene the property deteriorated, and he's done nothing but leave this historical property far from what it should be. I can't wait to see how Mr. Carpetbagger treats the locals, when and if it becomes a legitimate operating...
