I absolutely love Nanny's Country restaurant! I'm a regular here because the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and I always leave satisfied. It has a wonderful family atmosphere, and they treat you like part of the family. The staff gets to know your name, which adds a personal touch to the dining experience. The food is great, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. It's clear that this is a family-owned restaurant, and their commitment to creating a welcoming environment is evident. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place where you'll feel like part of the family while enjoying delicious food.

This place was great!!! Everyone that worked there was super nice and the food is definitely homemade. I got the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and carrots, best chicken tenders ever. My husband got the chopped steak, pinto beans and Cole slaw. You could cut through the steak with a fork. The cornbread was some of the best ever. I can't compliment this place enough! We will absolutely be back!!!

I have never in my life, ordered food that spoke to me as much as this. This is by far, bar none, the best food I have ever spent money on. The service was absolutely stellar, the cook and the waitress both made a point to ask how it was. I’ve never had fried cabbage and cornbread salad that were that close to my granny’s cooking. If you haven’t ate here yet, it would be worth a 2 hour drive.

First off, this is a little Mom and Pop greasy spoon restaurant... And that is both a very good thing, and a not so good thing... It was a little bit grungy, maybe not as clean as you would like... But that is something that you get from these kind of places... And that's kind of part of the ambiance of places like this We went for the fried Catfish... My wife and Father in law LOVED it... I tried it and it was probably the best fried Catfish I have ever had... It was THAT good. That being said, I had ordered the grilled chicken breast, and the cook messed up my order. Everyone else had finished their food by the time I got my order.. BUT, again, the food was excellent.. Another drawback, the cook was the only one who could run the register, so we had to wait to pay for our meals. Overall, almost exactly what you could expect from a place like this... Wonderful food... But with a few...

We go here a lot. Some things are really good, like their home cooked pinto beans! Some days the soup on the beans are so thick and yummy I would love to take home the whole pot of them!!! They have several things that I would consider "southern" style cooking and others that are just "regular" items, like hamburgers & fries. They have a small - medium selection of items on their menu. Most everything is normally good to really good. If you are not happy they are nice about making things right for you. Nice people, good food, laid back. Yeah, it could use a little "pretting up", a little paint, a bigger bathroom, this and that... But it is sorta like going to Grandma's, ya overlook the old house, ya go for the good...

It never fails when we go they are ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS out of something. It's disappointing. Tonight when we went the special was meatloaf. However they are out of mashed potatoes!! Like what... then I order a bacon cheese burger mayo and tomato. I hear the cook tell the waitress they are out of tomato. I get my burger waitress never says a word. I had to ask about the tomato. She thought he put it on there. I mean this is stuff you can obviously run to the store and get. I'm just over it and won't go back. My husband's idea tonight was to go. He stated surely they won't be out of anything. ... wong. I get the staff can't help it and they are very sweet. Just...
