I was visiting the area for the weekend with my son and friends in a group of 5. We actually stopped by here twice. The first day was on Saturday night around 8:30pm. They were pretty busy and only had a 4 top table. An extra chair was added in the aisle, that I sat at. It wasn’t the best area as it really blocked the narrow walkway. Our waitress, Sylvia, was nothing less of exceptional as she was friendly and attentive. She had the calmest and sweetest voice that reminded me of Tabitha Brown. We got mozzarella sticks and garlic cheese bread for appetizer and it was good. Half way through the visit, a bigger table opened up next to us and Sylvia asked if we wanted to move, and surely we did! My son got the kids pepperoni pizza. I got the 16in carnivore pizza to split with one person. It was plenty! We ate 2 slices a piece and each took 2 slices home. The 14in pizza is enough to be shared with 2 people too, probably without leftovers. I got a blue motorcycle to drink, which was tasty. Two others got the fried combo platter. We really enjoyed this visit! —— The second visit was the next day on Sunday night about 7:10pm. It was a little busier. We wanted Sylvia but she wasn’t there :( It was beautiful outside so we sat outside. The host got our drink orders and brought them out. The Waitress didn’t come over for a while. I got the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer. It came around 7:40pm. For food, we got wings, a burger, and a chicken sandwich. The food arrived at 8pm and we enjoyed it. The service this visit was not as best as the first one. Nonetheless, I would definitely return in the future.

Horrible service from the beginning!!! We were standing waiting to get our name on the waiting list. The lady saw us and decided to help the lady behind us first. Then we got seated and it took almost 15 minutes for someone to come take any kind of order. We first ordered cheese garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. The cheese garlic bread was literally a sub cut in half with melted cheese and very little bit of garlic seasoning sprinkled on. And the mozzarella sticks tasted just like the frozen ones you buy from Walmart. We then waited over an hour for our entrĂ©e that we never got. We asked for a manager and the lady goes “your waitress is right there”. Yeah we didn’t ask for her we asked for the MANAGER! We literally watched people sit down after us and ate, paid their bill and left before we even come close to getting our entrĂ©e (that we never got) We ended up throwing a $20 on the table to cover the bread and mozzarella sticks and left.

We Were passing through Elizabethtown and needing an early dinner. Well, we absolutely loved Giorgio's! Our waitress, Sage, was so nice and helpful. She really gives a wonderful first impression and of the restaurant too! I had the lunch portion of the pasta bolognese, which was delicious! I even had leftovers, so I'm really excited about that. The bread and house salad were nice too. My spouse had the spaghetti and meatballs and really loved it. She had a ton of leftovers too and enjoyed the salad and bread too. I really wish we had room for dessert, but maybe next time. The car smelled great on the way home!

Called in an order tonight. Ordered a Calzone with Pepperoni and Beef, got home opened it, and it was Pepperoni and Italian sausage. Call them about the error, spoke to the MOD and was only offered half credit if I returned tomorrow, or Full credit if I drive the 30 mins tonight. I think NOT!!!! What happened to making a customer whole. I spent my hard earned money for something, and it was incorrect? Why can't I get my order corrected, or get a refund? Why should I want to accept half credit for something that I didn't pay half price for? I've been at work all day, and all I wanted to do was enjoy my meal. I guess you don't always get what you pay for like with this case. I definitely wasn't making a trip 30 mins back to Elizabethtown with gas @$4/gal. I'm willing to pay for anything I purchase. I don't require a handout or hook-up, but I expect to get what I pay for. And if that's an unreasonable request, I guess I've been wrong for the last 15 yrs working in customer service. When I'm in E-town, I'll find somewhere else to eat. Please do better from a customer service aspect when customer's don't get what they pay for to make them whole. Especially when the price for everything is going up, and to keep the local businesses and employees going. We've been through alot over the past 2 years with the Pandemic and with restaurants closed or only being able to do take out only. Food is typically great here, but saddened at the response tonight for food that was received in error, after spending my hard...

Ive been coming here since 1999 before it was rebuilt and was just a little shack. Back in the day, the food and service were excellent. But, through the years, this place has really gone down hill. Food is not nearly as good as it used to be. Nor is the service. Tonight a phone in an order as my usual weekend routine. Was told to give them 45 minutes, which I thought was a bit excessive for later in the evening. I got there 45 minutes later and had 1 car infront of me at the window. After waiting 5 mins, I called inside and asked to have that car pull forward so, I could get my order? The girl said she wasn't working the window but would check for me. After the car infront of me, not only pulled up but, left. (I'm assuming over their wait.) The girl inside told me to hang on a minute and continued hanging out the window and going over placed orders, then looking back out the window and told another girl, "I don't know where she went?" She looked at me again and told me to "hang on" she'd be right with me. Finally she takes my car, smiles and asks if I want any parmesa cheese or crushed red pepper? I said "no, just my food." I finally got my order after waiting an additional 15 minutes after the allotted 45 and the nearly $40 worth of pizza was "warm" and cheese was already hardening and rest of pizzas was dried out. Pizza quality has fallen below acceptable and I doubt I will be doing much more business here. Its really a shame because I have been aoyal customer for over 20...
