Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

I had to make sure Kelly gets the recognition she deserves. I came in during the lunch rush today to get subs for myself and my mom. Not only do I wish she was there to make them every time I come in (truly the best subs we've ever eaten), but she kept a professional and courteous demeanor the entire time. Since I asked her name to thank her in front of the rude DoorDash person who was making a fuss because she didn't know the concept of a line, or the fact that no one would "hurry up" and hand her the food without making sure she was the proper person... well I didn't want someone taking it out on Kelly just because they don't know what patience is during lunch hour. My family loves Jersey Mike's. We used to eat at this Elizabethtown location twice a week. Now we only go about once a month because every time we go our order is completely wrong or they have forgotten to make it even though it was ordered in advance. There's never any apology for us having to wait 15 minutes for them to make it when we get there or having to bring it back from the house because they gave us someone else's order. This can be a really good place but the workers don't care, aren't required to apologize or make it right when they inconvenience people, and the owner never responds to...

I placed my order on the app, when i arrived i find out it was given to someone else. Not once did anyone apologize to me. They remade my food but not to standard as me an my family all got sick not long after eating. I can only assume that they thought i was trying to scam them out of food due to the absolutely nasty attitude i got. they should be checking peoples orders properly. I find it unprofessional how i was treated and questioned upon picking up my order. Seriously hope this sickness doesn't turn into bad food poisoning.
