Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Worst experience ever! We had a party of 8 and we stood at the front for a good minute waiting to be seated. We finally sit down and the waitress took our drink and food order. It took her at least 10 minutes to bring out the drinks. Once food started coming out we didn't get but one of our two orders of bread sticks and the sauce was cold. While eating we didn't get one refill. A person in our party spilled his drink and no one wiped the table off and took a while to get another drink. Someone of our party had to keep going up front to get a refill and it wasn't from our waitress. Also we noticed there was a family who left out because no one seated them. Another employee had a plate of pizza eating it while walking our from the back. That not how things should be when customers are standing up there. We tried to enjoy our food with no drink and plates all over our table. It's now time to go and we go up there to get the check split in 4 since there is 4 couples. The manager (male) then comes up and says corporate office doesn't allow us to split tickets. He didn't offer us any discount for the crappy service we had or as little apologized. He got an attitude because someone asked how much it was. Not how a manager is trained to handle situations. We will not be coming back to your Pizza Hut or any other Pizza Hut ran...

This place is awful. Their buffet at night was a joke. They brought out 3 pizzas to start the buffet and ALL 3 of them had sausage on them. They didn't put a ladle in the breadstick sauce, and the pasta looked dried out the moment they put it on the bar. We requested different pizzas for the bar, and almost 35 minutes later they brought out a cheese pizza. I call corporate and talked to Lynn. He had me talk to regional mgr, Theresa. She then shoved it off for the manager to take care. The manager was on vacation and two weeks after the incident...no one had contacted me to "make it right". Never again will I step foot in a Pizza Hut. When the upper management doesn't even bother to make customers want to come back...well...eventually people stop coming. Ordered two personal pan pepperoni pizzas and one order of boneless wings online and was given an estimation of order being ready in 19 minutes, to be exact, per the website. Arrived at the Elizabethtown Pizza Hut well past the “ready time” per my email notification and was told by the drive thru associate to pull up to wait an additional “7 minutes” for an order of FOUR boneless wings. All this having happened after waiting in line for over five minutes. Two cars were pulled up ahead of me as well as the one behind me. It’s always something with this establishment when you go. I’m surprised it’s still standing because honestly Papa John’s and Marco’s Pizza are far better. Spend the gas and travel outside of town for quality pizza and better service.
