Osaki Steak & Sushi House — Restaurant in Elk City

My experience was awful, I took my nephew's to Osaki and got a kids shrimp platter and a kids steak platter and my sushi platter, I got the sushi platter and the shrimp platter and after we shared our food with one of my nephew's and were done eating then we got the kids steak platter after we got the ticket and we asked were the food was and she said nothing we had to ask another waitress too check and get drinks filled then they wanted us to pay for the food they just brought out to us We Were Done Eating by then it took getting a different waitress who speaks English and she was very nice to get something done about this, a mud fence has more personality than the girl we had waiting on us, if you look like you hate your job then you must hate your job, we don't even know the girls name she didn't speak AT ALL, not a word, IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN AMERICA THEN LEARN THE LANGUAGE AND SPEAK. and crack a smile or two. This place is a small restaurant but amazing food!!! Sushi was perfect too!!! They definitely need more servers but I am suprised they are still surviving in the middle of this covid pandemic! Kudos to them!!! We came in around 6p and while we were waiting the restaurant started to fill up and all the booths were almost full. I noticed there was only 3 people working in total! We did wait a while for our food but it was due to not enough workers. When our food arrived it was AMAZING!!! WELL WORTH THE WAIT and price was good too!! Sushi was fresh and on point!!! Absolutely disgusted with this place. I loved coming here until recently. We go a lot and spend quite a bit of money here. Makes me wonder how much has expired and has been served... mistakes happen but for a drink to be served that expired in May of last year 2023 is so unacceptable. Will never return. Mostly because all we got was a simple I'm sorry and haven't checked the dates in awhile. What a joke. Half of the drink was drank before we noticed the taste was off and checked the date ourselves.
