If I am being honest I have had nothing, but bad experiences here. My son needed shoes for school and as a mom always working I had little time to get them. So we pulled in and was greeted by 2 very unfriendly boys. Locking the doors 5 minutes before close. Normally, I am not a last minute shopper, however my circumstances were laid out above. As we tried to come in the kid tries to lock us out . I kindly mentioned we wouldn't take but a few minutes. He rushes us over to the corner and says, "we have to go what do you want?" We didn't even get to really look. So my son says I am a 10.5 and points at a shoe. He runs to the back and comes back and tosses the shoes at my son. He tried them on he said, "I guess these will have to do mom." The other one butt's in again with, "We gotta go!!" Mind you at this point we had only been in the store for 2.5 minutes. I was watching my clock.. So my disappointed son and I go to the register and cash out, but never again will I give that place a dime. That is the worst customer service I have ever gotten anywhere, every single time. I would never recommend this...
Read moreI went to buy my son another pair of shoes this evening & the young guy that helped us was the same one that helped us the last time I bought my son a pair of shoes. He is VERY nice & patient! He made several trips for different sizes etc & was real friendly & talkative. The young guy that checked us out ran into a small issue on the register (my fault for not having enough on my card & needing to void an item) BUT he was so patient & kind thru that ordeal....it did take a few minutes as he had to reach out for help but overall he handled it very professionally! These guys are always very kind & we also enjoy the conversations & appreciate their help. I literally have no complaints. Its almost like an "at home, family" feeling when shopping...
Read moreMy husband bought a pair of Nike air max wore them twice and the air thing broke in it he's a truck driver it isn't like he was hiking in them any ways when we contacted the store they refused to give a refund or replace with a different pair..they gave me a number for corporate that I can't get a hold of anyone. Also the manager said I'd have to get a hold of Nike and they will replace them. I don't understand why it's my responsibility to call and get them replaced when I bought them at Hibbett sports that's their job to make this right. Any ways one star...
