Store manager is a absolute liar and very unprofessional! I delivered a load of mattresses and she asked me to get in trailer to unload because they weren't allowed in trailer. I emptied mattresses to back of trailer to her three employees onto a dolly while manager took inventory. Everything went well and I didn't mind helping out since my dispatcher said I wouldn't have to help. Dispatcher called me after I got on road and said manager called mattress factory headquarters and complained that she had to get up in trailer and unload mattresses!
