Crazy Quesadilla Mexican restaurant — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

Was rushed to order and picked the 29 inch super crazy quesadilla and 2 orchata waters, the orchata was good but the waitress was too busy gossiping and texting on her phone for almost 100% of the time. She only had to take care of 2 tables and took our food to another table and walked away for 2 minutes until the people on the other table said they didn't Ordered that and she took it off their table and brought it to ours....... when she tried to serve us the food that had already been in another table I showed her that I didn't want it and hinted at her that it wasn't okay but she insisted several times, I firmly placed my hand on the table not allowing her to place the food in our table and she continued by saying "it's okay they said they didn't touch it" but I saw the lady in the other table stick her finger inside to look what the quesadilla had inside...... My mom then insisted to be polite and accept the food but knowing that it is not acceptable to re-serve food like that.... so I just didn't eat and just drank my water. The waitress then never came back to our table and didn't pay attention to our table again. I've been here several times but after this I don't intend on coming back.... my suggestion is get it delivered instead of having to deal with the bad service of some waitresses that work here. If you're a fan of quesadillas, this is the place to be. We're talking about 29-inch monsters (yes, 29 inches, And they have a box for it to go!)of pure cheesy, meaty, tortilla perfection. I placed an order for six of these giants, each with different meats and a variety of custom toppings. Not only did they nail every single detail, but they also delivered it with absolute precision and a smile.

The customer service was top-tier—friendly, fast, and super helpful when I came to pick everything up. You could tell they cared about both their food and their customers.

Each quesadilla was loaded with flavor—asada, pastor, pollo—all cooked to perfection, paired with melty cheese and fresh toppings. Everything was on point. And with portions this big, you're definitely getting your money’s worth (and then some).

ROACHES. This place has roaches… was sitting at a half booth, half chair table and there was a huge roach coming out from behind the booth. Apart from that, I was surprised by a “large party” tax on my check. It was almost the same price as a single meal! We were 6 adults and 2 small children. It would’ve been nice to know we were going to have to pay that. I’ve never seen any restaurant, especially a Mexican one, charge for having more than a certain amount of people. It’s not like the place was crowded and we were taking up more than one table. The food was good, but the quesadillas we ordered could’ve had a little more cheese on it. Server was nice but she seemed distracted by other customers and kept forgetting a few things we were ordering.
