I've seen some negative reviews on here and had to jump on with a COMPLETELY different experience review. The gentleman listed in the previous review is one of the kindest, most authethic and sincere individuals. Instead of writing a negative review, one should pause and consider what he may have been going through that day. I know firsthand, that he experienced a great loss in his life not long ago. He continues to show up energized, ready to work hard and be his best self. One moment/one photo does NOT dictate this man's character. Every single time I've been in there (since the day I met him), he's literally lighting up the place with his positive vibes and kind heart. I leave with a huge smile on my face and I can attest to seeing well over 10 inidividuals leave feeling the same way from his spirit. He is part of a team that works SO hard to do their best. Yes, they may not 'smile' at all times, but I've never see anyone who has, nor would that be genuine. Give some grace. They have to deal with managing their time, their efficiency and also handling difficult customers. My experience in the store (as well as at least 6 or more other locations) has been exceptional. Every employee goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I write this to not only defend the gentleman called out in the previous (inaccurate/negative) post, but to also remind us again, to have little grace, take a pause and spread positivity rather than negativity. Be sure and check your own energy when interacting with others, because I can 1,000% assure you that if you met him (or his other team members), you would clearly see how kind-hearted they all are. I love Aldi - always have and always will. These empoloyees run a streamlined ship and manage many several...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCute little store with a lot of generic brands and groceries. Do not come in here looking for big known brands of foods. More than likely you won't find it. They have about 2 aisles dedicated to random items (home deco, toys, clothes, etc.) at big discounts, which is why I like to visit. Check out their ad sneak peeks to know what to expect and come early. Items are always limited and once they're out they're gone. Bring a quarter and your own bags. Shopping carts are rented and they do not bag. There's a small space dedicated to those who want to organize their groceries. One thing that sucks is every now and then they phase out a food item you really like and you never know when it'll be back. Hospitality could be better. Majority of employees are indifferent but this is a quick trip store, you won't meet to interact with them much. Cashiers seem to be racing against some clock and fling your groceries in the cart. But they seem to be trained to get you in and out of the store quickly with little to no regard for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been shopping this aldi for years. One of my favorite spots, with some of the best workers. I never had a complaint until today. The Hispanic lady working the register this evening Sunday 1/8 completely humiliated me. I had my 4 year old high needs daughter who was having a moment, and she almost hit with a cart because she wasn't paying attention, and made it seem as it was my fault. She embarrassed me with my payment method and argued with me that I had no money on my card when I did. I ended up walking out without my shopping and in tears. This lady was rude, and very unprofessional. This isn't the first complaint I've heard about this woman either. I used to love this store. Now I'm so embarrassed to come back. I went over to Meijer to get my shopping, and I indeed had...
