Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

Hi there to whom ever it may concern, you have a store location located in Elk grove village illinois that has some serious issue's with me as a currently former employee now. The manager at this location has been lying and deceiving me as a employee. I have worked the entire month of april as of 04/06/2018 up until 04/30/2018. I have not received a single payment yet from my work there. The manager ramees is incompetent and very unprofessional for this store i didn't fill out an I-9, W2 & an actual application until the middle of april sometime. A clock number was not made for me until late of April around the time i had stop coming in because of not being paid for my work. I was told the first time i would be paid by 4/30/2018 nothing came in then i was told that i would have my check by 5/5/2018 still no check. I then filed a police report regarding this situation. The officers talke to the manager ramees, which he told the officers and told me that it would be in the latest of 5/16/2018 again no check was present for me. I then asked for the office number that is in charge of payroll for that stores location the man i spoke with over the phone said the manager has not given payroll any informant of my hours of working there. Which by the way all hours we're only recorded by via text messaging with the manager up until my phone service was cut which then the rest of my hours of working there we're written down on paper. Which come to find out the manager just so happen was not able to find that peice of paper with my hours. I have various screenshots of messages from the manager thru Snapchat as that was my only way to keep in touch, various screenshots of him asking me to reaccount all my hours i had worked so he could send into the people at the payroll office. As well as him asking for a number that i could be reached at for the payroll office to contact me which i was never contacted by. So i was lied to by my manager that he sent in my hour's. I started working there last month and I jus quit recently because of racist vibes and employees. They would get an additude with customers and I would something’s be the only completely English speaking one so I would have to Apologize for their rudeness! also because the manager owes me a paycheck of $430 even after 2 weeks of quitting. I’ve been waiting for this pay for 3 weeks now it’s unbelievable I worked 63 hours and he hasn’t still payed me yet I sent him my hours via text message because he said he needed to show it to the payroll office but every time I come on the date he tells me to he’s always either not there, on his way but never shows up or HIDING IN THE BACK OF THE STORE WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I HAVE ONE NEWBORN SON AND RENT TO PAY Mind you I told him this and begged him to please jus pay me already.... He ignored my plea and only so far has paid me my training hours but outta his pocket; again unprofessional he shouldnt be paying his employees outta pocket! I highly recommend you guys not to go and try to get hired here because you’ll be wasting your time he will just play you for your hard...

Will never go to this Dunkin AGAIN!

A few people have stated that a woman that works here is very rude. Well it happened to me.

My phone was dead so I put it to charge. One of the guys working was in the bathroom so when he came out he asked me if I was gonna order something cause he wasn't sure if I was waiting. I told him "yes but I'm gonna charge my phone first, fyi I always buy something lol. Even if it's 6 munchkins. But he was nice about it.

I got caught up on my phone When this older lady comes up to me and says "Are you gonna order something, You need to order something" in a very rude manner.

I did not like her tone at all! I'm stressed as it is. Never had an issue before.

Also she's kicked me out before like 45min before closing but I didn't give it much attention. i figured maybe they wanna clean or something but now I see that it's just a dumb rule she made up.

Shame on you lady!

Edit: I went to the Dunkin that's inside Shell like 30seconds Down Higgins Rd. i bought a drink but also I got a bag of free Munchkin's. ❤️ The lady there...
