What a joke! Came here on cinco de mayo for some tacos. When I placed my order by phone, I was told 20 minutes. When I arrived, there were 6 customers waiting. There was one cook and one order taker. 45 minutes after placing my order, my name was called to collect my money. No food was being prepared at the time. I paid and confirmed that my food was to be prepared next. By now there were a dozen or so customers in the store and standing outside. I had only seen about 4 orders completed the whole time I was there. Many customers were complaining about the wait time. One woman's order was lost after she waited 1 hour. I finally gave up and requested a refund which was granted but came with attitude and some foul language from one of the back up help that finally showed up. 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing my order, I left the store with no food and no desire to come back to this place.
