Had to pick up a DoorDash order from this store. When I arrived, the store was empty. The employee starts making my delivery order after I tell him who it’s for (took me 7-8 min to drive to the store so I expected it to be at least started). My delivery order is for 2 subs. After he makes the first sub, another customer walks in. The employee proceeds to push my sandwich aside and assist the person who came in after me for a good 8-10 minutes. When I asked why he did this, he said that the manager had directed them to prioritize walk-in orders. I explained to him that I completely understand that, but if he would of just took the extra 2 minutes to make my second sub, I would have been on my way and happy, and my customer would of been happy. But now he is holding me up and delaying a paying customers order in expense of another. In response, the store employee seemed very disinterested in what I had to say and brushed me off. Read moreI ordered the American Club. I did not watch her specifically put on each item as I was picking out chips and answering a text. When I got home with my sandwich I saw there was hardly no meat on the sandwich. There were 4 pieces of turkey, 2 slices of ham and 2 pieces of bacon for a footlong. There were parts of the sandwich that did not even have meat. I paid almost $10 and felt this was pretty unacceptable. I drove back to the location and simply asked for a refund. The cashier said she would not refund because I had taken it home. I did not even take one bite and had returned within about 10 minutes. After refusing multiple times and saying that it was what is standard, another customer walked in and she just ignored me. I left the sandwich on the counter and called a near by subway to ask what should come on the sandwich. it is supposed to be 6 slices of turkey, 6 slices of ham and 4 pieces of bacon. If you want a salad, you will literally have no ingredients in it because the lady behind the counter will literally select each pickle slice, each pepper sliver, each tomato slice, each olive round, by the freaking piece. I have never seen a food worker pick food so incredibly and transparently frugally in an effort to save food costs. So incredibly tacky and offputting. And when you ask for her to be more generous with her food making, not only does she not change her course of action, but threatens to charge you extra. I don’t care if you charge me extra; just use your actual hand when putting food into the salad bowl versus using your fingertips. I will never come here again, and I warn anyone from coming...
