Snap Canna Dispensary - Elk Grove Village — Local services in Elk Grove Township

Ok i am an avid dispo shopper. I love dispos, but this place is not it. the workers are rude and disrespectful when you ask questions. it’s like they’re mad at you for shopping there. The first thing I notice, the parking lot is always completely barren, there is not a car in sight- and it’s always empty walking in. (there is no problem with this, but i’m starting to think it’s the employees attitudes that drive people away) i’ll give them some credit; you do get 15% off as a first time customer. anyways, you walk in, the employees at the front are ok.. i mean they don’t offer much customer service but these employees just look almost miserable working there. so like i mentioned, there’s no cars in the parking lot, and the first thing the worker says to me is, “you can’t park there.” i’m sorry, what? the parking lot is empty.. second, their website is incorrect. 3 times so far i’ve gone there with a product & price in my mind and it’s always changing because there is a error /inaccuraye description with their website. 3 times! when i then ask the employee to double check this, its the biggest in inconvenience. marlov..?.. was his name maybe? he scoffed, then rolled his eyes, and responds, “i don’t know, it’s not on here.” When we politely ask him to honor the website price, he ignored our comment, and got pissed off and his attitude completely switched up. When deciding between two products, I simply asked which had the higher THC content was of the two products, he got even more disrespectful, said “i don’t know” and acted like he didn’t want to check for me. I had to ask him, “can you check then..?” i must’ve really annoyed this guy, i don’t know. he then tells me the two products have the same THC content.. which wasn’t true. I looked on the website on my end and they were completely different. This guy was no help, and this is my third time here. I refuse to come here anymore. I’m tired of the poor attitudes and the disrespect I get when shopping here. Go to sunnyside (or anywhere else honestly) if you’re trying to choose a dispo here.

They jacked up the price by almost double by the time I got here and then played stupid. I shouldn't have to waste my gas and pay extra money because they're having computer issues.. My email says what I'm supposed to pay. The customer should not have to pay for their mistakes. I'm already here and now I gotta find a better dispensary. It's the principle of the matter these people don't care about you. The only reason this place has five stars is because they bribe people with 10% off when you give a review.

At the counter they played dumb, Like it was something I was confused about, When I left, then looked at my emails there was no confusion, they were trying to rob me for more money . So I called, they pretty much told me I should be looking at my emails the whole time when I deal with them, the manager said that they canceled the order because the price was too low, and they're having computer trouble. Any good place would have given it to me for the price I saw it at. This place wanted to be as greedy as possible and waste my time as much as possible. I don't think they were having computer problems. I think they were practicing extortion by showing me a low price and getting me in the door anyways thinking I'm gonna buy something regardless because I'm already there. It's a horrible place the menu obviously means nothing.

Great guys very helpful but the prices are outrageous. I used to be a regular here but I had to stop and shop on the black market again because their prices are just way to high . You can pay 50 bucks or just a tiny bit less just under 50 bucks for an 8th which is a little jar and before u know it u spent 150 160 on 3 of em . The word CRAFT goes over my head like a baseball at the cubs game because it's not anything else other than a word and that word brings a big price hike . Yes you get points per every dollar spent but my god with taxes plus what the outrageous price comes up to be on what your buying its almost mind boggling. I went one last time and don't think I'll be coming back . I'll just stick to the streets. To add to this issue yes they have some bulk marijuana you can buy but it's HIGHSUPPLY and omg it's the worst u can buy . Super super dry and so light I don't think your even getting the correct weight and to add to that the moment u touch the nugs they turn into weed dust almost want to call it shake . Snap canna was good to me and helped me when issues came but I'll stick to the black market plus where they are located I feel impacts the price . They sell to people that never smoked in their life or were scared of it and or live life like money isn't an issue and or just were to afraid of hitting the 290 up to chicago to get weed . Great place awesome employees but prices have went up since they opened and those prices just keep people like me away . Sorry snapcanna you guys were good but I just can't come back .
