Burger King — Restaurant in Elk Grove

10-6-20 approx. 7:30 p.m. Horrible customer service. After waiting almost 20 mins to order I was greeted with an annoyed "can I help you." I started off by ordering chicken nuggets and when I asked for my sauces the lady responded with we don't have that sauce. I asked which sauces were available, after a big "ugh" I was told there's only two available. Over the speaker I can hear the lady chuckle and then go silent. I waited about 30 seconds to order my next item and still no response. I said "hello?" After about another 30 seconds another lady gets on and says "how can I help you." She seemed irritated with her job as well in all of her responses. The ice cream machine was down, and nearly 2/3 of the drink choices weren't available. The only person with decent customer service in the whole restaurant was another lady, I believe her name was marquette. She greeted me with a warm hello when I arrived at the window, she actually was willing to tell me my total, handed me my order and said thank you. I asked before I left if everything was in the bag, of course I was told yes. Unfortunately, when I got home I was missing two items. Its impossible to get a hold of them. Bought 50.00 in food last night got home family would not eat it.the drive thru window lady very rude. All the whoppers tasted old and nasty. Like it’s set out all day. Very dry. Funny taste 🤮 mine and my pregnant daughters chicken sandwich was dry hard no mayo on it. My husbands milk shake was sour with chunks. My daughter was afraid to drink hers. Mozzarella sticks you couldn’t chew hard as rock. Just tiny bit hard cheese at end of each stick. The hot apple pie only thing was eatable. Was cold. We microwave it. I love Burger King!!!! But this one really sucks for food and service. Would be nice if they would hire people like the Burger King on Arden. Always good service there. And great food. I don’t suggest going to this one such a waist of money 💰 to many times I’ve went back same problem there. Will have to drive further I guess!😔 to find quality food and service. 50.00 a trip we threw the food out to the dogs 🐶 I won’t be returning there...

They forgot my soda after I got a meal they never gave me my soda & when I called the store they didn’t want to answer & by the time I made it back too the store they was in the process of closing up like seriously I would like my money back at least I got a 8pc chicken nugget I ordered 2 of the meals & it was a large & I got charged for the meal but never received my soda like really & this was yesterday too when I went to the drive thru & I even ordered the $6 whopper jr duo & a rodeo sandwich I ordered 3 orders of the $6 whopper jr duo & 2 orders of the 8pc nuggets with fries & soda & never received the soda that was a total of $14 something for the meal for the 8pcs nuggets & &15 something for the whopper jr duo & $3 something for the rodeo sandwich I should have gone too McDonald’s I would of spent way more cheaper there & my orders wouldn’t be all screwed up either so in total I spent $40...
