Bad customer service and the food always is thrown together poorly. E stockton one is way better.

So against my better judgement I tried to give them another shot. I am diabetic and sometimes work nights so if my sugars are low this store is often the only place I can stop and grab a quick bit of food from when heading home . Bad mistake.
On this particular day they hired a pressure washer to clean the store and placed cones around all the drive-thru entrances. There where no signs stating that the store was under maintenance when I walked up to the locked doors so I decided to wait. I figured since I could see the worker and he appeared to be already almost finished, that once he was done, the cones would be moved and I could order. Boy was I wrong.
Even though the store was temporarily closed there was no signage and the lights on the store still read "OPEN" in the big neon lights. So like an idiot I waited.( All the while, the manager would walk by the window and look out at me waiting every so often.) I got there at 3am and it was around 4am that the man finished and I was starting to shake a bit due to my low sugars. When I went to ask how much longer till the drive thru opened, the worker ignored me and walked into the store.
At this point I was tired from work, irritated due to hunger, and weak from diabetes so I drove around, moved the cones, and pulled up into the drive-thru. Maybe a bad choice on my part but 🤷. Turn off your "open" sign if your closed.
It was at this point that the manager and another worker finally came out. The first thing they said was "did you move the cone? We are closed". I explained to them that there was no signs and that if I had seen both of them for over an hour looking at me through the window, why they waited till now to say anything. I explained that there were no signs and they could have easily said something through the speaker but the manager said " that they put the cones out and that I wasnt the only person who had waited." I explained that I was waiting for so long due to my diabetes and that Inneeded food but the manager didnt care and told me they are closed untill 6am.
Im done. This store used to be great but ever since the new employees began working there they have dropped majorly in quality. Why be a 24/hr store but close at 2am and then reopen at 6am but not post any signs or communicate? The workers do similar stuff like this often at this location. They "reset" the computers for the daily update and say itll take 30-to 45 min but they hide inthe back and it actually takes 2 hours before they take orders again. Its stuff like this that lost me personally. Hope this review helps someone else not...
Read moreI ordered extra egg on my burrito, as I do at all locations, and received a meat lovers burrito with only meat...no cheese and no eggs!!! It was the flimsiest burrito I had ever received. How can that oder be so messed up when the cashier even repeated my order back to me?? Then when I brought it to their attention, they made another burrito with no extra egg. He said that there was extra egg on it, and I told him when I order extra egg, it is a hefty burrito, which this is not. Then he told me if I pull my car around up front, they will make me another burrito. At that point I refused because I didn't appreciate the attitude I was receiving, and also because I had already been in the drive-through line for almost 25 minutes, plus the time it took to get this issue resolved. Read moreI came to order the advertised 4.99 Triple Bonus Jack meal (see attached pic) and was asked “Do you want the medium or large”. I said “just the regular”. Having experience in restaurant business, I knew exactly what she said. The order was over priced ($1.60) and when I said at the window I wanted what was advertised and was asked “which one I want”, the trainer said “no” she said she asked if I wanted to “GO medium or large”. She lied and said she had to specifically ask that and say “go up” because she’s training. I know very clearly she didn’t. She was not very nice but I know she realized she was caught. The lady ahead of me asked the same thing and she said “No you said medium”. So I’m not the only one. It’s just poor service and rather than apologize she made an excuse.
