ed to try them again. I remember at the time their menu was still quite small, but this time I noticed they expanded their menu quite a bit and even have bingsu and savory foods now! The place is a little more decorated than I remembered, which is nice as it adds some more character to the shop! They have a kiosk now which makes it really convenient to order and see all the drinks. They do only have one kiosk tho, so we did have to wait a bit as the people in front of us were taking their time deciding. Our drinks came out fairly quickly. We ordered the Hong Kong Milk Tea, Japanese Jasmine Brulee, and the Guava Matcha Latte! Each drink was good, the HK mt tasted like a HK mt; the Japanese jasmine brulee is my fav since it has a nice balance of jasmine with some matcha to it. My brother got the guava matcha and he said it was good but a little too sweet for his liking. I think Bru has a good variety of unique drinks to choose from, but their drinks do tend to be on the sweeter side. Maybe bc we went around 8PM, but their drinks boba was a bit hard and tasteless, but besides the boba topping I think Bru is a nice boba place to stop by...

I ordered the crème brûlée milk tea and a tiramisu cake.

The milk tea is always my favorite! It’s great if you have a super sweet tooth.

Minus 1 star because I waited THIRTY MINUTES. THIRTY. I don’t believe in super fast service with cafes, but thirty minutes is crazy. It was 8:00pm and there were 2 people ahead of me.

Minus another star because the tiramisu was literally DRIPPING espresso everywhere. I’m not a big tiramisu connoisseur, but when it’s so soaked that it drips off of my spoon, I’d be disappointed. I’m so sad to say, but I paid $7 for it and it was inedible. I’m sure it was maybe someone new, or they just haven’t perfect this menu item!

Pretty cafe, ordered thai tea creme brûlée, 75% sweet, with less ice. Also ordered a jasmine green tea crème brûlée with soy milk. Both with boba pearls. Thai tea was too sweet even with less sugar. The creme was rlly good. The boba pearls were a bit hard. There was little to no thai tea flavor even with less ice it still lacked a lot, just tasted like sweet cream. Jasmine however was good with flavor but still really sweet. Great spot for posting pictures and timely service. Good quality cups and straws too.
