So I order a 12 pack of tacos 6 hard and six soft and they give me on hardshell fiery so after order I go to the carwash before go home and cleaned out my car not expecting for my order to be wrong go home to give my kids tacos and guess what the kids who wanted hard didn't even get any due to hot hard shells instead of original so I call them explaining what happen well they said to bring a receipt and the tacos I explained I cleaned out my car before going home And everything was throwing away meaning papers and other things meaning I throw receipt away she said she couldn't exchange them what pisses me off is how you pay for your food and these dumb employees get your orders wrong then sometimes can't return it . Literally just 5 minutues ago Sept 4 at 330p, went drive-thru, understanble sometimes if it's busy, they prefer customer not to add anything after they arrive the pay window. 1 car behind me, I asked if I can order 3 freeze drinks...
