Updaye: Corporate reached out and offered a $10 coupon. That is literally the price sifferenxe in what extra i paid to have 3 double burgers from the singles they gave me. Zero offer to cover cost of messed up slushie, wrong grilled cheese and my melted ice creams. I offerd a compromise at $30 and because its a franchise store they said its up to owner. Zero reply from owner.

UPDATE: While i appriciate owner commenting, does nothing to resolve the issue that I paid $75. Husband's sandwich was also wrong. So 3 of my 4 burgers were wrong. My slushie was wrong. And by time I waited my ice creams were half melted.

I'd like a refund at this point.

Usually no issues here, however tonight I ordered 3 double burgers today and got singles, caught the car hop gentleman, super polite but wasn't sure what to do. Lady they sent out didn't know either. All we asked for was a credit or gift card for the difference or a free burger and slushie for our next visit. Our order was Over $75. I didn't want to wait for remakes being I had ice cream melting. They only would offer to make extra patties so we could assemble our own burgers. Drove away, got almost home and took a sip of my slushie and my watermelon sour patch slush is missing the watermelon part. Instead it's some almost clear slush with very little flavor to it.

Was super polite with Staff as I really understand things happen but that's a lot of money spent for nobody to know how to fix an issue they made is rather...

If you are going to have parking spots off or not functioning put up a cone.

Ended up in the drive through. Ordered a combo by number and the person appeared confused on what it was, so I had to confirm what it was... Asked if the foot long chili cheese dog had onions they said no, I asked to have it added and they said sure.

So I left to park somewhere to eat, and of course they forgot the onions. Tater tots were old and not hot. Onion rings were over fried dead (sweet no onion taste) and for a large order for $6 and some change you get like 10-12...

Just another idea if you sell a chili cheese dog please give more than 2 napkins...just an idea.

Also to add not sure why but they were delivering food to the car behind me and I was at the window...I don't care if the car behind me ordered from the app, let them wait till they get to the window by the 2nd trip out to them they said my food was coming up ( and mind you the car behind me couldn't get around me to leave so how did this make anything faster)... How about you focus on the current meal at the window since multi-tasking and order confirmation are apparently hard enough already.

For almost $18 it was not worth it. Thank you for reminding me why I had not been there for 3 years. My wife was correct, I would regret giving them another chance but I had read an article saying they had the best fastfood Onion rings... Well...

Just spent over 30 minutes trying to get a chili dog combo meal. First I pulled up to one of the drive up car hop ordering machines. Place my order then they tell me they can't do my order there so I need to go through the drive thru. So I drive around to the drive thru and place my order again. I'm stuck behind 2 cars that it takes them 15 minutes to get their food. I finally get to the window and pay and they do not give me a receipt and hand me my bag of food. I drive back around to the car hop spot to eat my food and they gave me the wrong food. It was obviously not a chili dog when it's round and wrapped in foil. Now I have to go back through the drive thru and there are 6 cars in line. I tell them I did not get my chili dog but something else. I hadn't unwrapped it because it was obviously not a chili dog but they wanted to know what it was so I had to unwrap it. They said they'd take care of it at the window. Now another 15 minutes later I get to the window and they don't know what I want. I finally get my chili dog. No apology, no sorry for the mix up or the wait, nothing! Not even a napkin to go with the chili dog! Worst service ever. I wouldn't have even gone there but there's no other fast food place in elk river that has chili dogs and cherry limeade. It will be a long time before I go back...
