Got takeout, ordered around 1PM, they were out of most bakery items and several regular menu items already. Selection wasn't great
Got the new Tikka Masala soup, was very excited, then very disappointed. It was obviously just their chili sauce base with some spices thrown in. Did not taste like Tikka Masala at all but was still good. Would've been better if my container had actually been filled but whatever, scam your customers I guess.
Got another soup, and despite it being delicious, it wasn't full either unsurprisingly.
Got 2 fountain beverages, and usually they leave the empty cups with your bag, but this place filled them halfway with ice then partway with liquid. Again, not even close to being full. Then put it next to our bag. If I wanted my self-service beverage to be man-handled by another person out of my sight, I wouldn't have asked for a self-service beverage. Had to dump out everything because it was watered down (I hate ice in my drinks and we showed up on time so why was it melting already?) and its was not what I ordered. Good job wasting all that product because you cant handle a simple drink order
Not sure why they don't fill things full but it might be because all of their containers are such poor quality that they leak excessively regardless of if they tip over or not. Either that or these people literally do not know how to fill a cup without making a huge mess that they also somehow don't know how to cleanup (which also wouldn't surprise me based on everything else)
Got a chipotle chicken sandwich with the chicken having clearly been glued together (which is very common for poor quality meats and not something I would pay for at Panera considering how high they're charging for that garbage). Had to throw a lump of "meat" in the garbage. Yes, that's right, a LUMP. It was disgusting. Lost my appetite.
I also ordered a salad and they put the salad in the same bag as all the hot stuff, with nothing to insulate it, and on the very top nonetheless (do yall not know heat rises?), so by the time I got home a few minutes later my salad was HOT and gross-looking. Was not happy.

Read moreNice place and the food was good. The one cashier was nice that we had but was obviously still learning which is fine. The cashier next to her who she asked a question to at one point was rude and had no patience. The gentleman helping in the sit down area of the restaurant was very helpful and made sure things were going well. I noticed he occasionally brought some things out to people if they needed it, allowing them to continue enjoying there food and/or current company. The tables were almost all clean and for the most part dry.
Got the rewards card and was told that we don't need it swiped or anything even though that's how most reward cards work. First card failed we told the rude cashier as she was the only one up front. She gave us yet another one she said does not need to be swiped for activation. Second card failed. I talked to the gentleman working the tables and he and the manager were able to get me a swiped and activated card. They then told the one rude cashier so she knew. Card was still not working and the gentleman from the table area came over to check on us. We told him we were going to try again later tonight. He said he was new and just got a card himself and said he was going to do it tonight so he could better help others understand it, sign up and get the points as well.

Came thru the drive thru to pick up a mobile order to find out that it wasn’t finished, wasn’t even upset until they brought out ONE item of my order, which was a smoothie, then the girl told us to have a good day… so then I had to go in the store, And it looked like they were busy, so I waited a little bit.. Then the girl that brought out the smoothie was being snarky and rude and was like “ Do you need something?” , I proceeded to tell her that I had placed in order through drive-through pick up and was never brought out my order, but was brought out one part of the order.. She then proceeds to say that there is a order of the name I told her… she grabbed the bag and threw it on The counter.. I was upset, but just took the bag and tried to go along with my day. As I was leaving out the door, she proceeds to talk to other team members or managers that, Quote by her “ Why was she just standing there staring at me?, Like what did she need that she needed to stare at me like that?” When I wasn’t even staring, I was just trying to figure out where my food was. I will never come to this place again. This is not the first time I’ve come into interaction with rude people like this.
