Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Elk River

I ordered a pumpkin latte, my annual October indulgence. Got up to the window to pay and they tell me they are actually out of them. Ok, I'll have that Apple Crisp drink...we are out of that too. Ok, racks my brain for what else to order now with a menu in front of me....opted for a dirty chai tea latte with a double shot. I was disappointed but still had a hot coffee and then I took a sip ...I'm not sure what it was...but it was horrible, tasted burnt, and I couldn't get past the second sip. Two days later it's still in my fridge and waterever foam was on top...is still perfectly on top? I'm not sure what was going on with that drink but I couldn't drink it and ended up spending another $7 at a different coffee shop for my annual...

I didn't get food today, but in the past, I have, and it's good, had worse had better, but I would definitely eat it again. I ordered the medium vanilla cooler (it's my #1 fave goto beverage of choice). Today, it was a little over blended, but it's ok. That happens sometimes. Otherwise, it tasted how it was supposed to. I think they changed the carmel drizzle? It seemed different than in the past... I don't think I like that, but there's nothing I can do about it; my drink still tastes the same but something just kinda seemed a little off with that drizzle, tho. I would like to preface with, fast food sucks, and it's Easter. However, I worked at a caribou for almost a year. The wait was incredibly long.
