Leo's Restaurant — Restaurant in Elkhart

Too darn expensive to eat here, change prices as I was talking to the lady, charge you for this and that and this and that! An order of French fries was $9 and that was just with cheese!! They’re slick, they will say they use this type of steak and hype up their food to be soo good, but they will hike up the price right while they talking to ya as well! I never got the chance to try the food at all, I would see the menu and a burger would have a price by it, but she would say “no! If you want ketchup pickle onion bacon cheese, it’s more!” So the burger went from $8 to $11!! This was a joke to me! My party of 3 we all literally just said “No thanks and walked out! So I’ve never eaten here, and never will unless someone is willing to pay for all the up...

I’ve been eating at Leos for about 8 years and I must say it’s just not the same as before. First off the wife is super moody you never know if she’ll be polite or give you a nasty attitude, but this last time I visited She didn’t wanna serve me my food once I paid and messed up my whole order. I used to love Leo’s because the food was authentic & amazing, and the husband gave great service but The food was disgusting! The steak wasn’t seasoned at all or cooked well ,the rice was super hard and definitely uncooked. It just seems as though the love has left the kitchen. The owner is an amazing guy though! If he’s there the food should be pretty good…bt if it’s just the wife and the other cook good luck on food...

The man was so nice but the food was horrible. Like really bad. Probably the worst Mexican food I have ever had before. I had 2 steak tacos and rice and fry’s. The fry’s were the best thing. The tacos had no season and it was just horrible. Soggy corn tortillas and the restaurant smelt horrible like onions. I was the only customer in there. I was hoping this place was a good spot but it was disgusting. Don’t waste your money...
