Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Elkhorn

I fill out the survey after every visit to get the free regular drink and free regular fries. I always order 2 regular fries because they are my favorite fries and I always get the 2 regular fries when I get my food and some times they are heaping and sometimes just an average amount of fries and even on occasion they will just combine the 2 regular fries to make a heaping large fries. Today, when the young lady who brought me my food I noticed there was only 1 regular fries and like maybe medium heaping. I promptly showed her my receipt and informed her that I had ordered 2 regular fries and she said that was the equivalent of 2 regular fries!?!? It definitely was not the equivalent of 2 regular fries, maybe 1 and a half at best. I do this every time I go here, usually once a week, and I have never had a problem, this young lady has taken my order numerous times and has always given me the correct order, she has combined them to make a good sized large fries, but all of a sudden today she is shorting me an item I ordered. I do not know if it was because I used the coupon code from the survey or if the owners told the employees to cut back on items. They raised the prices and stopped giving out cookies if you order a meal deal, but only if you do not use a coupon. It is not like the money for another regular fries was coming out...

I ordered 16 Lunch Box meals from the website which include a cookie and a bag of chips. after waiting almost an hour they handed me 3 bags of subs only- i asked where the cookies and chips were i was told you don't get that? Mind you this was a $152.00 Cousins order and the self proclaimed "store manager" was adamant we didn't order it that way, i explained i just did it online for our entire store here and instead of providing what was ordered continued to argue w me. really? what's it cost them fo16 cookies and bags of chips? Cousin's is my absolute favorite sub shop. This location is great. They get very busy at lunch and dinner. Service is always friendly and food prepared accurately. They can handle a rush and get your food to you in a reasonable amount of time. I usually order the turkey sandwich and tweak it to my liking and they always get it right. A little tip, at this location when you order the meal (sandwich, chips or fries & drink) they throw in a cookie for you! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. Keep up the good...
