Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Elko

I called to let them know there was basically nothing in the sandwhich I ordered besides burnt cheese, literally a bell pepper slice, a piece of an onion and very little meat. The box was so light, it threw me off. The girl who answered the phone said she made it and came off in a tone like I was lying and said "that's how we make it." I order the same things pretty regularly and haven't had an issue before with the amount in the sandwhich and I've never had someone be so rude and snooty over the phone after asking to replace it. Her response was "I'll re make it the same way," after arguing with me about it. I even said I understand if they're in a hurry but I'd like an actual sandwich, not bread. And sure enough. New sandwich. Literally the same. Less burnt cheese though. Basically paid for crispy cheesebread and they even took the other sandwhich saying the lady wanted it back?? Which was fine. It was only opened after I noticed how light the box was because it threw me off. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️I have a cold as well. What happened to contactless delivery? Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Tastemaker with beef, pork, and sausage on one side and beef, chicken, and roma tomatoes on the other side. They were out of ham and mushroom :( The pizza was surprisingly good! The cheese was completely melted and they were generous with the toppings. The toppings were seasoned nicely without being overly salty. It's more of a fluffy bake than crispy which we enjoyed.

Ambience: N/A - ordered online and got the food to go

Service: 5/5 - cashier was super cheerful and friendly. We got there a few minutes early for pick up and he did let us know it would be a few minutes wait. While we were waiting, a customer tried to order a Hawaiian pizza but left since they had no ham

Value for price: 4/5 - a tad bit more expensive than the other chains but the pizza...

One thing about Dominos is they at least try to maintain consistency with their product. And consistency is everything. When I order a Dominos, I know exactly what it should look and taste like. And 9 times out of 10, that's exactly what I get.

Not to mention the website makes online ordering super easy, and even when the store is busy there's always someone that jumps to the counter to see to carry-out orders.

Also, tip for anyone that orders Feta or Parmesan Asiago toppings, be sure to hit "Extra" on your order, otherwise it's a bit sparse. And I know Dominos doesn't have a stuffed crust but if they did introduce a stuffed crust in the future, I can only imagine the boost in sales it would bring. Pass that along...
