Front register staff was extremely un friendly. When asked the most basic question about their menu items, no explanatory information was given, but an eye roll was. I ordered anyway and then saw the same person who rang my order up, prepping my sandwich with no food service gloves on. The sandwich was already half prepared and sitting out before he ever touched it. Then with his ungloved hands he added only mayo, and slapped the bun top on. The whole sandwich was cold to the touch, and I asked for a refund. At first the same person I encountered at the register refused this. But when I asked for his manager, he said sarcastically "I am the Manager". I explained my issue once more with some persistence, and he eventually said a second one would be made. He then left and was seen dancing in the back part of the food prep area, while I waited through another 2 people walking up to get their food.
So.....non-sterile food prep + nasty cashier + back and forth conflict to get a fresh sandwich made + extremely long wait for new sandwich + only guessed what they may have added to second sandwich for malicious fun. Read moreThis place is a JOKE!!! I should’ve requested a refund the moment their deceptive practices were revealed. I ordered the 3 pce fish meal for $8.59. When the total was over $10, I inquired “$1.50 in tax?” The cashier said, “ya, it’s pretty high”. When I received my receipt, I saw it wasn’t the tax at all. But the business NOT honoring their advertised price. Whatever. I was hungry and didn’t feel like educating them. So after a bit of a wait, I finally got my dine in order. In a bag. But the receipt did say To Go, so this falls on the cashier. Looked for tarter sauce in the bag and in the box. Nothing. So I asked for some Tarter Sauce. The employee said they were all out and asked if I could wanted any other sauces. For Fish?!? Another issue. I ordered crinkle fries and receive half crinkle, half curly q fries. I swear, they can’t get anything right here. What I learned: Arby’s has dishonest practices. Overcharges by roughly 7%. They can’t do inventory. Customer service is poor. Food was good. They can’t read simple instructions like orders.
