Placed a mobile order arrived at the location, selected arrived. Waited - ten minutes passed when it said my order should be ready.. walked into the restaurant stood for another 1-2 minutes while they carried on in the back. A skinny male came floating around the corner with a "what do you want" attitude I said I was waiting for an order. He said my name, I said yes, - he went back around the corner, and a female voice said, can you make me two of those.... i waited while they put my order together....they stapled my bag shut with half a dozen or more staples. He brought a tiny bag and drinks out and plopped them down- I asked if everything was there. He gave me an attitude and walked away. I looked over my order. I got 2 milk shakes 2 different sizes. And they gave me the wrong milkshakes, the larger was half melted- , so I ripped open the bag to see if I got all the food (i tried to unfold the bag it was stapled a LOT so it just ripped). female starts screaming. Throw away your bag, throw away your bag. I was putting my order in my arms- becauze tge bag was torn down the side... at that point I knew they were watching me and it was a game so i reaponded... you can get it my hands are full because I can't use it- l was treated like garbage and there was no reason they should have put that many staples in the bag. The 2 people I had interactions with are garbage, and I will never return to this location. Aside from the fact that the round brunette 1 followed me out to my car, screaming about calling the cops and banning me- she approached my car- I did pull my phone out to record as she looked like she was going to kick my hood as soon as I did she turned away, The tall, skinny darker complected one just ran his mouth... you know, honesty After they wait, I was treated. Read moreThe food is always good - when you get all of it, or the correct order. The staff is always nice, but the amount of times I've had to go back for missing items is ridiculous. I've learned to check my bag before leaving the line in order to save time from having to sit through the line again, or go in. I've paid for my items, I shouldn't have to do their job for them by making sure it's done right. They're not paying me for my wasted time and money. On my most recent and last trip to this place, I was too tired and run down from a long day, ordered food for my family on the way home and forgot to check to make sure all the items were in the bag. When I got home I realized we were once again short a meal. I can call and go back for it, I've done it before, but that wasn't an option at the time and shouldn't have to happen anyways.
I've also sat in an empty drive-thru line for 20+ minutes after being told to wait twice, at which point they just stopped asking and ignored me all together, forcing me to back out and leave, like the smarter people waiting behind me had already done.
I've called and complained, wasted time and gas returning for missing items, spoken with a manager and tried to unsuccessfully contact their corporate office. Will not be buying food from Sonic again.

Read moreI LOVE SONIC!!! But NOT this one!!! You'll see in my photo that I was there for 25 minutes. STUCK in the drive-thru!!! They weren't answering the speaker box. They weren't answering their telephone, There were 7 cars in line until the lead car left. Then someone 3 cars behind me left. I was still sandwiched. The guy working the drive-thru was very calm even though I was PISSED. Even though I did compliment him on his ability to stay calm and told him he was awesome before I drove away, HE GOT THE LAST LAUGH!!! He / they paid me back GOOD. Gave me the wrong sandwich (a double burger vs. a single which is impossible to eat while driving) but it was loaded with what I DIDN'T WANT ON IT!!! The manager was "back there" and was not summoned upon my inquiry. The manager was NOT coming out to tell customers why they were not being waited on. Nor did he come out to offer a time frame on service and help customers get out of the drive-thru line. Absolutely ridiculous! I asked for a manager, can't get one, and because I explain why I'm angry (being STUCK for 20 minutes with only ONE CAR in front of me) the guy decides to give me a completely wrong burger.
