Burrito Express — Restaurant in Ellisville

I use to go by once or twice a week, i don't know what's going on with them , but over the past couple months it's just like everywhere else, charging more and giving way small portions, drive threw orders are getting messed up, ordered steak and shrimp fajitas, got all the way to work and there's absolutely no steak an only 6 shrimp, so I basically paid $25 for a tea, 6 shrimp ,a half cup of beans an rice, little things like this have been happening to often , so I'm done, Don't get it twisted the foods good an all, I'm just refusing to pay close to $30 for sweat tea an couple tacos. With all the mistakes taking place. I really don't have time or patience for mistakes , especially when I'm paying so much...

Very friendly staff and good/fast service. The food has always been very good when I've eaten there and I haven't had anything I didn't like. The guacamole dip was a -little- bland when I got it but not so much that I wouldn't order it again. The burrito and enchilada plate was great and their quesadillas are a favorite for me.

It does feel slightly pricey for the area but it's the only Mexican restaurant I eat at generally do I don't have a point of reference. Either way, everything I've had has been well worth the price. Food nothing to write home about people were very friendly and nice place very clean. I got upset when my card decline and l had just used it less than thirty minutes in another store little upset when l was looked at like l couldn't pay. I even pull up my bank app and it showed l had the money in the bank still looked like l couldn't pay or maybe it was cuz l was black paid with another card and left don't plan any trips there no time soon. The bank lock my card cuz they thought it was some one else using it cuz l was in another city thought it was fraud some new system they have now. Place was clean people was nice food nothing...
