Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ellisville

I see some negative reviews on businesses and being a business owner. I know the ones to overlook. And I believe people are more apt to leave a review when they are trying to complain about something playing their best Karen, but it's odd that more people don't give reviews when they're pleased because I'm guilty of the same thing I will walk out of a restaurant, please 100%. And not think to compliment them. But if they get something wrong, we are all too quick to jump and pounce on them about what's not perfect and guaranteed. If we ate and some of those people's homes we'd have much more to complain about. I find this location has always been pleasant to visit. And the food is always great and the only time I ever had. A question was influctuations of consistency with those new puffs. Mind you, not a complaint. And when I receive a 30 minute phone call from the owner. Herself, explaining to me how everything's done so fresh. So that's why you see some fluctuations. Then I admire that it's not something. I can complain about it's something that I know someone did by hand and that work went into preparing. What I'm eating, so I'll take the inconsistencies and know that. Usually our lil ceasers in petal is pretty good & a quick dinner for low cost. I do not recommend the one in ellisville. I ordered our usual, the large pep mostest and jus reg breadstick. First the girl at the drive thru says it'll be 10mins to pull around. We wait 15 and I go in to see and the girl that took our order wasn't in there. The boy in the back did ask could he help, I told him I was waiting. As he finished my order up I did notice something jus wasn't adding up. So I take my order to the truck. The breadstick we not the slightest bit browned any. The were doughy and jus yuck. I took them back in to get my money back and the boy talked me into taking another order. As we're leaving I told my guy we should've checked this pizza. Sure enough when you picked up a slice it was also doughy, clearly wasn't a mostest. Half the pizza you seen nothing but red sauce and other half it was barely covered. Needing to get home we didn't go back. That was Thursday , so fast forward. I was recently in town visiting family for the 4th of July. For our last night together before leaving town, my family recommended this location to pick up a couple of quick pizzas. I didn’t know Little Caesars had drive through locations, but my experience with it for the first time exceeded my expectations. The gentleman working at the drive through, I think he said his name was Austin or something but he had short brown hair and was wearing glasses, had the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was very friendly and had my order placed and ready to go in no time at all. Not only was his customer service impeccable, but the pizzas I received had to have been the best pizzas I’ve ever had from Little Caesars. I don’t write reviews very often if at all, but I wanted to make sure this employee got the recognition he deserves for making my experience as amazing as it was. I can’t wait to come back the next time...
