6/4/24 721pm I ordered on the mobile app. My fiance got off work to pick up by 615 he sat for an hour waiting. I called to find out what I'm the world was going on. The young lady in drive thru who was working harder than anyone in the building answered said she wants a manager for the woman in the background to say the don't have time for that and lay the phone down. So you can't call back because it's only busy sign so I drove up there and when I got there I asked why is my fiance who has been at work since 5am still waiting on a order placed at 6pm?? A manager NEVER came to confront the situation! I argued with a regular employee who told me maybe I should've called my order in or came into the store. She was yelling this from the line, never came to the front or tried to make the situation better. Again a manager was never seen or spoken to. I believe the man who was cooking might have been in charge but he never tried to fix the issue or even speak to me. He continued doing what ever he was doing in the back.. at least the last time.my order was overlooked they apologized for it!!! Where is the owners? There's no complaint line but I will contact West Quality foods tomorrow to get more information as to why they are allowing this store to be ran like this. Unprofessional...
Read moreLet me see where to begin! Ordered 2 three piece combos with 2 sides and drinks was just shy of $20. The chicken was so greasy and tasteless I gave it to my dogs when I got home before I even went inside to look at the sides! Gross is a better word to describe the experience. You could find something better to eat in a barn. They were short one biscuit and the one that was in there was so hard you couldnt eat it. Macaroni was bland used it for dog food as well potatoes and gravy was ok but they just heat that up so.. Both of our drinks were flat and they were out of Pepsi so I got Cherry Pepsi.. Ughh dont even attempt that one!!! Tasted like carbonated water with a splash of cherry flavoring in it.. So disappointed with this place and last time for this one geezzz....10-20-2022 Has gotten better since they remodeled and got some help that knows what...
Read moreI walked in wasn’t it greeted or anything. waited at the counter for about 5 to 7 minutes before I was even seen the young girl wrote my order on a sheet of paper and gave it to another drive-through lady.who I think forgot about my order bec I haven’t even paid so I patiently waited to pay so at least it would be on there screen that another good minute then I waited another 30 plus minutes for the Tuesday eight piece special I asked for a complementary drink, the young lady just looked at me and went on. As I continued to wait another lady said she been there for over an hour and she did Mobile order. I wonted to go back there and help them or something but they look like they was lost and another World.But I finally got my food after about 45 or more and I was fresh but didn’t get my complementary drink for waiting oh well do better KFC u...
