Fix your website already!!! Your online profile says that you prefer that we order on your website instead of DoorDash. Your website ordering system NEVER works, yet DoorDash always does! This is the 3rd time I've tried placing an order on Caseys.com only to get an error message even though the money gets pulled out of my debit card. And then it shows my points were redeemed with NO Order displaying in my account and the store does not get it either. Now I have to call corporate again in the morning to get my money and points back, but will have no dinner delivered that I paid for including a tip. Do you not want online sales or is this a dummy website only set up to take our money??? What's the deal? After waiting a good 6 months you still have not fixed the obvious IT glitch on your website. Fix it already and host an official grand re-opening of your finally functional site...

Want to commend this Casey’s for their customer service. Had a pizza and soda order placed through the Casey’s app tonight. DoorDash was the delivery service and failed to pick up and deliver the soda. DoorDash driver could not have cared less and stated that I needed to call DoorDash to get a refund. After 10 minutes on hold with DoorDash, they stated that I needed to call Casey’s. I did that—and Casey’s stated that the soda was just not picked up by the driver, as it was still sitting there. Casey’s decided to send their own employee over to deliver the soda. Thank you for your outstanding customer service, Casey’s! DoorDash could learn a lesson here. We tried to use HyVee Fuel Saver and the pump abruptly stopped after 1.3 gallons. When I went inside to inform the cashier she looked shocked for a second then said, "we just ran out of gas." I might be inclined to believe her, but this is the fifth time this same scenario has played out when I've attempted to use Fuel Saver at Casey's, and the third time something along these lines has happened at this particular Casey's when I've tried to use Fuel Saver.
