Shooters — Restaurant in Elmira Township

In past experiences I have had both good service and food here but tonight was a different story! Not only did we wait an hour to be serviced again on an “all you can eat wing night” but it wasn’t good service. We were extremely disappointed that we placed one order and then did not get checked on again even though eye contact was made several times and we were passed by several times. Finally after an hour of waiting we stopped another server and she went to get our original server. We when discussed our disappointment and disbelief, we left but just before we got out the door we heard her tell the other bartender that “we should’ve gotten off our a**es and said something then.” I am in the food service industry and have been a waitress for several years, I can say never once have I forgotten about customers to pay attention to my friends, drink on shift, and go out for a cigarette break while forgetting about paying customers and I’ve been here on busier nights with better...

Cleared the tables quickly, got my drink quickly. The place was pretty full, but not overly packed, and they had live bands playing. They were really enjoyable. There was a lot of people everywhere, but you could still move around easily. Sometimes when I have been here especially towards the end of the night it is super packed that it is hard to maneuver from one side of the bar to the other. I only stayed for the first band this night and went home shortly after ten, so it might have gotten busier later. Whenever I've been here I've gotten really good service 99% of the time, whether it was packed or middling. I've never been when there was practically empty. Even when you could smoke in the bars in town and this one was smoke free, there was still plenty of people to socialize with. The drinks were good (only had 2). Last call was at 145am and they started making people leave the place at 151am. They have a staff that they use like they are herding cows that says "Get the f* out" on the side. The bartender named Nicky and 2 other guys literally got in me and my sister's face telling us to get out. Nicky picked up my sister's drink which she wasn't finished with and threw it away.
