McDonald's — Restaurant in Eloy

It was somewhat smelly as they pressure washed the drive through. That was excusably potentially not their fault, but when I came to the door and it was locked despite being within the posted hours and a cook saw me at the door he ignored me and after he kept staring at me for about 3 minutes I finally knocked after I had been motioning and he told me the lobby was closed and began to close the door when I was able to blurt out that my truck's clearance was 11' 6" so I could not fit through the drive through. Despite him seeing me limping (twisted my ankle moving), and in pain, ignored me as he walked besides me at first to enter the restaurant and didn't say anything and then as I told him my clearance was too large he told me to park next to the drive through and walk up to order rather than be able to give him my order. So I had to walk all the way back to my truck on the ankle, hoist inside in pain, drive it about 10 feet to the window from the parking spot, carefully get out which is not easy with a hurt foot/ankle from a large truck, then walk up to the window and tell the person taking orders what I want while I basically had to stand with another large truck impatiently inching toward me with his truck. It was uncomfortable and the one employee and the food was fine but the whole experience kinda sucked. Also not a friendly drive...

The front where you order your food no one that was working was paying attention to any of its customers 🙄☝️,our food order was all wrong , the so called AST manager looked at my whole family like we just ruined her day the lady which is a Mexican accent where is her hair up in a ponytail where's glasses she was extremely rude and disrespectful what we ordered is not what we got and when we went back to three times to the front so tell him about the order mind you spending $30 it was like we were putting her out they didn't give us no straws no ketchup no napkins no no nothing and we asked for extra onions there was no extra onions there was barely any onions on the bird and actual burger that my husband got was absolutely wrong incorrect was not what he ordered so we will not be going there again so this is why I give you ⭐ Star because someone needs to take over that store and the manager you you guy's have is by far One of the rudest people I've ever come in contact with when it comes to customer service.... no if I was the store owner she would have been fired on spot...as you can see this young man was even confused 🤔 someone really needs to go in there and have a employee meeting 🤝 about things.... please take this into serious consideration for all of...

I don't usually go to McDonald's as much as I did a week ago but it was nearby and had a kids zone which my 2, 5 and 6 year olds love so we went a few times they messed up my order and took forever getting it to me. They also informed my oldest son who is 19 that they were out of ice cream and asked what I would want instead. Well I paid for an Oreo mcflurry and I asked for a caramel frap instead since they said they couldn't make the mcflurry. They put out a Medium mcflurry which is $3.50 I paid $5 for the ice cream I think I deserve at least a LG frap. So I tell them I'm not going to accept that medium and when they asked why I told them and I was satisfied with getting a medium and large. They also offered my daughter a milk which was nice. Another time I had ordered chicken nuggets and even my 6 year old who would live on chicken nuggets if he could said yuck and spit them out. I didn't return about the nuggets. And last there is an employee there she's nice and means no harm but I was paying at the kiosk and she asked if I needed help 3x. I'm almost 40 not 90. What was up with that? Idk but the staff is nice for the most part. And I'm not upset about anything just wanted to let y'all know, so yeah that's what you get at...
