Slowest most unorganized Little Caesars EVER!! Waited for over an hour for my order. Placed it via the app, arrived at pickup time and it still wasn't done. Complained and the girl at the register said they were working on it. Waited for over an hour before someone actually did something. We ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread and two 20oz drinks. They didn't even have any 20oz left. When they finally filled the order the girl in the back scolded the girl upfront for not letting the back know I had been waiting for over an hour. The way I think things work is, the order is placed via app or phone and it pops up on a screen for them to complete. So the fact they hadn't bothered to complete it and blamed the cashier girl is ridiculous! They were more concerned about producing random pizzas for the warmer than for ones placed by customers who had already paid! There were another half a dozen people waiting along with me for their orders. Yet random street people would walk in and order a cheese pizza be told "we only have pepperoni." And they would take the pepperoni just so they could leave and not have to wait. This location lacks proper management. Refused to let me take a 2 Liter in place of the missing 20oz. Why is the app selling 20oz when a location is out of inventory? Their inventory should be linked to the app so it's updated constantly! Read moreI showed up to pick up an order I phoned in only to find it was never made. When I asked if they would do anything in compensation for my order not being done the cashier Marcel asked the Manager. He came around the corner and said "I don't feed the homeless so do you want the pizza or not"! I said in the past I was always given either something free or given a percentage off which made him angrier. I paid for the pizza and said I would just call the owner up on Monday to which he replied "I'm the owner, Jeremy and his wife retired and this is MY store". While waiting he yelled at another customer and his crew saying "This is America, we're on the brink of World War 3, Biden sucks and people wanna yell at us over pizza"! I had ordered my pizza well done however 2 minutes later he called my name and tried to hand me a pizza that WASN'T EVEN COOKED THROUGH AND WAS RAW! I said just givè me a refund. He then called me a "Karen", reached into the register and THREW THE MONEY AT ME! I told "Ralph" I'd be calling Corporate on Monday and he said "Good luck with that, they won't do anything to me". The guy said he can’t sell the product any other way ? ! Are you kidding me?? Our children our picky, no kids wants a pizza that is burnt ! FYI to this location, you just lost business. When a customer tells you they want something a certain way, you make it that way because we are paying for it and eating it. Not you!!
