Stopped at this bakery for years. As it recently reopened I have stopped twice. I have always ordered the exact same thing. 6 muffins, three blueberry and three cranberry. They have ALWAYS prepared them for me the exact same way, in a specific cardboard box seemingly made for six muffins. However today the clerk grabbed a different box, that appears to be made for donuts and not muffins. I look around and seen the box that had always been used and told her that a taller box might be better and her reply was ‘ no the muffins fit in this box (that she insisted) quite well. I could have argued with her, but there were other patrons waiting, so I simply paid and left. When I got home and opened the box I found four, of the six, had smashed tops. Guess she was wrong. Expresso Baker life hack – although they usually sell out of the best varieties early, you can call and “reserve” goodies.
And how many bakeries in Ohio serve bagels with...

I asked about the doughnuts once and something about the ingredients give them a different texture and taste. They are large and delicious and I’m always surprised that it’s less expensive than I expect it to be. I’d pay more and not complain. If there was a negative thing to say, I wish they had more space to be able to sit and have coffee. There are a couple of tables and you’re a bit underfoot. I still gave them a perfect rating because the product is just...
