Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Elyria

I am never getting food here ever again. I get a 7” Hott Buttered Cheesesteak BTE! I’ve never had such a small sandwich in my entire life. $6 completely wasted for a pathetic little sandwich. Could’ve went to any of the other fast food places and spent the same amount and would’ve actually gotten full. If I could I’d upload an image. I got handed it shortly after paying and noticed it felt like nothing like I was just holding a bag. I take it out, open it, and ask “”Is this BTE?” I get told yes. I go further and there’s only one thin small slice of meat on it & continue to get an ignorant comment of “yup that’s it”. Extremely disappointed. Should’ve just got the 7” Romanburger atleast that is SOMEWHAT proportional. Even the bigger size sandwiches over $10+ for this? Where’s the value? Forget it, I’m completely done with Mr. Hero sick and tired of little sandwiches and the constant greed. That’s all this is,...

So yesterday 8/17 see post below...here is some great new information. A couple of hours after eating my roman burger I was vomiting. Went to allen memorial hospital, they said I was suffering from food poisoning. Didnt get sick till Mr. Hero's.

This is today 8/17...not any better in service or quality...I came here cause others said maybe it was a bad day. No it's bad leadership from Mr. Hero corparate in middleburg ohio to the franchise owner to the I dont care employees. I get angry at majic 105.7 for for all the hype the give these folks who cant deliver.

The Elyria location use to be awsome. Decline in customer service. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich on prior two visits, cheese each time. I asked for extra onion and was told it would cost me extra money. I asked if I could have the onion instead of cheese. The answer was no. Cheese cost extra so I ask not to have cheese on my sandwich then how about a little accommodation with some customer service. I was credited for my sandwiches because of the added cheese because I couldn't eat them. When I attempted to confirm no cheese on the sandwich. No response 😕 and then I was given cheese sauce for my potatoes 😒. The sandwich was good. I won't return to that location because of poor communication and lack of...
